Claims (21)
- Fenêtre ou porte, de préférence avec châssis en matière plastique, comportant un ferrage à tiges de verrouillage, présentant uniquement une poignée à levier, dont les tiges de verrouillage sont montées coulissantes dans des rainures de logement en C du châssis ouvrant, caractérisée en ce que les tiges de verrouillage (6) ont une section transversale en U et les branches (7) latérales présentent chacune une rainure latérale s'étendant sur toute la longueur de la tige, chaque rainure latérale étant délimitée par une cloison inférieure d'épaisseur S1 et une cloison supérieure d'épaisseur S2 et présentant une hauteur utile N et la hauteur utile H1 de la rainure de logement (3) étant supérieure, de l'épaisseur de cloison S1, à la hauteur de construction H2 de la tige de verrouillage (6) et les rainures de logement (3) ainsi que les tiges de verrouillage (6) associées présentant une section transversale semblable à toutes les traverses du châssis ouvrant et la rainure de logement (3) présentant des nervures de bordure (5), s'étendant vers l'intérieur, dont la hauteur de construction H3 est légèrement inférieure à la hauteur utile N des rainures latérales et en ce que les tiges de verrouillage (6) sont montées coulissantes dans la rainure de logement (3) avec des branches latérales prenant appui contre le fond de rainure ou, dans une symétrie en miroir par rapport à ceci, sur les nervures de bordure (5) de la rainure de logement (3), les nervures de bordure (5) s'engageant dans les rainures latérales des tiges de verrouillage (6) et la région du fond de la tige de verrouillage reposant à l'intérieur de la rainure de logement, et les deux positions de fonctionnement (I, II) des tiges de verrouillage (6) étant présentes.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 1, dans une réalisation oscillo-battante, caractérisée en ce que les tiges de verrouillage (6) sont montées coulissantes dans les rainures de logement (3) de la traverse horizontale de châssis ouvrant, inférieure et supérieure et du montant vertical de châssis ouvrant, côté penture, en s'appuyant, par les branches latérales, sur le fond de la rainure de logement et, côté poignée, sur les nervures de bordure (5) de la rainure de logement du montant vertical de châssis ouvrant.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'aux tiges de verrouillage du montant vertical de châssis ouvrant côté penture et de la traverse horizontale inférieure de châssis ouvrant, sont reliées des pièces de verrouillage (12), par des axes d'ancrage introduits dans un trou de fond de la tige de verrouillage respective et les pièces de verrouillage présentent une plaque (14) rectangulaire dotée de rainures latérales (15) sur les côtés longitudinaux, laquelle plaque est pourvue, du côté opposé aux axes d'ancrage (13), d'un axe de palier (16) sur lequel un galet métallique (17) est monté tournant.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que les axes et la plaque sont réalisés d'une seule pièce en matière plastique.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le galet métallique est un anneau métallique et présente, à l'extrémité extérieure, une partie tournée annulaire (18) dans laquelle est moulée la matière excédentaire de l'axe de palier (16).
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que l'axe de palier (16) présente un contour extérieur cylindrique étagé et le contour intérieur du galet métallique (17) correspond à ce contour extérieur de l'axe de palier.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'à la tige de verrouillage (6) pouvant être actionnée par la poignée à levier (37), est reliée au moins une pièce de verrouillage (19) qui comporte une plaque rectangulaire (20), montée coulissante sur le fond de la rainure de logement (3) de la traverse de châssis ouvrant, laquelle plaque est dotée d'un axe de palier (22) s'étendant à travers un trou pratiqué dans le fond de la tige de verrouillage, axe sur lequel un galet métallique (23), conformé en anneau métallique, est monté tournant dans la région terminale.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le diamètre de l'axe de palier (22) correspond à la cote intérieure B de la tige de verrouillage.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon les revendications 3 et 7, caractérisée en ce que les galets métalliques (17,23) des pièces de verrouillage (12,19) coopèrent avec une pièce de fermeture (24) fixée sur le châssis dormant (2), pouvant être ajustée à l'intérieur.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la pièce de fermeture (24) est constituée d'un socle de fixation (25) et d'un chariot de verrouillage (27) pourvu de surfaces de verrouillage (32,33), qui est déplaçable au moyen d'un excentrique (28) dans la direction transversale, le long d'un organe de guidage de chariot (29), prévu sur le socle de fixation.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la poignée à levier (37) comporte un curseur de réglage (39) qui s'étend jusque dans la rainure de logement (3) de la traverse de châssis ouvrant et entoure par concordance de forme un entraîneur (40) qui, au moyen d'un tenon latéral (41), s'engage dans un trou pratiqué dans le fond de la tige de verrouillage et est pourvu d'un coulisseau (42) prenant appui contre une paroi de rainure (12).
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 11, caractérisée en ce que le coulisseau (42) a un tracé rectangulaire en projection horizontale et présente un patin (43) s'appliquant contre la paroi de rainure.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisée en ce que l'entraîneur (40) est réalisé d'une seule pièce avec le tenon (41), le coulisseau (42) et le patin (43), en matière plastique.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un verrou à doigt (44) est fixé à l'extrémité inférieure de la tige de verrouillage (6) côté poignée, pour le palier de basculement côté poignée.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que le verrou à doigt (44) présente une extrémité de fixation (47) qui s'engage dans la rainure intérieure de la tige de verrouillage (6) dont la largeur correspond à la cote intérieure B de la rainure intérieure de la tige de verrouillage et présente un axe d'ancrage (48) qui pénètre dans un trou de la tige de verrouillage.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce que la partie centrale du verrou à doigt est pourvue de rainures latérales (49) qui sont alignées avec les rainures latérales de la tige de verrouillage (6).
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 14, caractérisée en ce qu'il est prévu dans l'angle inférieur du châssis ouvrant, côté poignée, un élément d'appui (50) en équerre.
- Fenêtre ou porte selon la revendication 2 dans une réalisation oscillo-battante avec un dispositif de projection qui comporte deux ciseaux et un bras oscillant supplémentaire qui sont reliés par des curseurs à la traverse supérieure de châssis ouvrant, caractérisée en ce que les deux curseurs (53, 55) sont montés déplaçables sur les nervures de bordure (5) de la rainure de logement (3) de la traverse supérieure (10) de châssis ouvrant, en ce que le curseur (55) relié au bras oscillant supplémentaire (54) est fixé par un pont (57) à la traverse de châssis ouvrant et est réglable par rapport au pont, au moyen d'une vis de réglage (56), la tige de verrouillage (6) étant placée au-dessous des curseurs, dans la rainure de logement.
