Abstract
Ein Wickelträger, dessen Mantel starr (3;20) sowie axial und/oder radial kompressibel (25;37) ausgebildet sein kann, hat einen Endring (1) sowie einen oberen Ring (2). Der obere Ring (2) ist mit einem axial vorstehenden Bund (14) versehen, der in den Endring (1) eines benachbarten, gleich ausgebildeten Wickelträgers eingesteckt werden kann und dabei Raum für eine auf dem Bund (14) vorgesehene Fadenreserve läßt, die somit geschützt untergebracht ist, insbesondere wenn derartige Wickelträger axial übereinander angeordnet und die darauf befindlichen Wickel axial komprimiert werden. Das Maß, um das der Bund (14) eines Wickelträgers in einen axial benachbarten eingesteckt werden kann, kann durch Schultern (9, 13) sowie Ansätze (10, 15) bestimmt werden. Dabei kann dieses Maß so bestimmt werden, daß ein Faden von der Fadenreserve zu einem auf dem Wickelträger zu erzeugenden bzw. bereits vorliegenden Wickel geführt werden kann, ohne geklemmt zu werden.
