Claims (9)
- Installation de fragmentation de matière friable, qui fait partie d'une installation de production de ciment,a) comprenant un broyeur à cylindres (4) constituant un premier étage de fragmentation dans lequel la matière est fragmentée à l'aide d'une pression élevée et avec formation d'agglomérés,b) comprenant une trieuse à tamis (6) de triage du produit de premier étage de fragmentation,c) et comprenant aussi une installation de broyage à circulation (10), qui comprend de préférence un broyeur tubulaire (11) et un séparateur (12) et qui est destinée à poursuivre la fragmentation de la fraction du produit du premier étage de fragmentation qui a passé la trieuse à tamis (6),d) le broyeur à cylindres (4) et la trieuse à tamis (6) se trouvant en un emplacement situé à distance de l'installation de broyage à circulation (10), le broyeur à cylindres (4) et la trieuse à tamis (6) étant disposés entre un réfrigérant de klinker (2) et un silo (8), tandis que l'installation de broyage à circulation (10) est montée en aval du silo (8),
caractérisée par les particularités suivantes :e) un groupe de désagrégation (5) disposé entre le broyeur à cylindres (4) et la trieuse à tamis (6) est prévu avec ce broyeur (4) et cette trieuse (6) entre le réfrigérant du klinker (2) et le silo (8) et donc est disposé en un emplacement éloigné de l'installation de broyage à circulation (10) ;f) une voie pneumatique de transport (7) est prévue pour le convoyage de la fraction du produit ayant passé de la trieuse à tamis (6) et dont le calibrage est bon (100 % de granulométrie inférieure à 5 mm) vers l'installation de broyage à circulation ((10). - Installation de fragmentation de matière friable, qui fait partie d'une installation de préparation de minerai,a) comprenant un broyeur à cylindres (4) constituant un premier étage de fragmentation dans lequel la matière est fragmentée à l'aide d'une pression élevée et avec formation d'agglomérés,b) comprenant une trieuse à tamis (6) de triage du produit du premier étage de fragmentation,c) et comprenant aussi une installation de broyage à circulation (10a), qui comprend de préférence un broyeur tubulaire (11) et un séparateur (12a) et qui est destinée à poursuivre la fragmentation de la fraction du produit du premier étage de fragmentation qui a passé la trieuse à tamis (6),d) le broyeur à cylindres (4) et la trieuse à tamis (6) étant disposés en un emplacement éloigné de l'installation de broyage à circulation (10a), le broyeur à cylindres (4) et la trieuse à tamis (6) étant disposés entre une trémie intermédiaire (3) destinée à la matière préfragmentée et un silo (8'), tandis que l'installation de broyage à circulation (10a) est montée en aval du silo (8'),
caractérisée par les particularités suivantes :e) un groupe de désagrégation (5') disposé entre le broyeur à cylindres (4) et la trieuse à tamis (6) est prévu avec ce broyeur (4) et cette trieuse (6) entre la trémie intermédiaire (3) et le silo (8') et donc est disposé en un emplacement éloigné de l'installation de broyage à circulation (10a) ;f) une voie hydraulique de transport (7) est prévue pour le convoyage de la fraction du produit ayant passé la trieuse à tamis (6) et dont le calibrage est bon (100 % de la granulométrie inférieure à 5 mm) vers l'installation de broyage à circulation (10a). - Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le groupe de désagrégation (5) est formé d'un broyeur à percussion à faible vitesse circonfériencielle, de préférence de 20 à 30 m/s, la décharge de la matière se produisant dans un courant d'air ou sur un plancher à grilles.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le groupe de désagrégation (5) est formé d'un broyeur centrifuge équipé de barres fixes d'impact, la matière étant déchargée sur un plancher à grilles.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le groupe de désagrégation (5) est formé d'un désintégrateur à arrivée centrale de la matière et à décharge périphérique de cette dernière.
- Installation selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que le groupe de désagrégation (5) est formé d'un mélangeur de Simpson qui comprend un moulinet (15) équipé de rouleaux (16) et de socs de charrue (17), les rouleaux (16) se maintenant à une distance minimale réglable du fonds de l'enveloppe du mélangeur (13).
- Installation selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le groupe de désagrégation (5') comprend un dispositif d'envoi de liquide sur la matière broyée.
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le groupe de désagrégation est formé d'une cuve mélangeuse dans laquelle la matière est soumise à une sollicitation mécanique simultanément avec l'envoi du liquide.
- Installation selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif d'envoi de liquide est formé d'un dispositif de pulvérisation qui est disposé au-dessus de la trieuse à tamis (6) qui est équipée d'un tamis cintré (6a).
