Definitions
- the invention relates to a device for a crane or the like with the features of the preamble of claim 1.
- a generic device which shows a support part held vertically by hoisting ropes.
- the hoist is provided on a trolley on which a frame for a guide device is attached, which consists of four guide ropes.
- the guide ropes are attached at one end to the supporting part and run upwards in a pyramid shape to rope drums arranged on the frame, on which they are wound.
- the rope drums run freely. If a pendulum movement occurs, the electrically driven cable drums are braked to dampen the pendulum forces. A corresponding electronic control of the cable drum motors is necessary for this.
- DE-B 1 237 283 shows a device for stabilizing a load, the guide cables of which are tensioned to cross from the load to a supporting frame of the trolley.
- brakes act on the cable drums of the guide cables to dampen any pendulum movements that may occur.
- the brakes are released, which means that pendulum movements are basically possible.
- the invention is based on the object of developing a device with the features of the preamble of claim 1 in such a way that it is arranged on a series crane without major structural changes and reliably prevents the load from swinging when the trolley is moved with a high degree of functional reliability.
- the cable drums with spring motors ensure that the guide cables are kept taut when lifting and lowering.
- the cable drums are always blocked via a locking bolt engaging in a toothing when there is no lifting or lowering movement, ie the electric drive motor of the lifting mechanism is at a standstill. If the trolley is now moved along the running rail, no pendulum movements can occur due to the pyramid-shaped, blocked guide cables, since the carrier part is held rigidly due to the mechanical locking of the cable drum. The weight of the load is still held exclusively by the hoisting rope.
- the device according to the invention is intended for guiding and stabilizing loads, in particular long goods, and is arranged on a normal or standard crane which has a movable trolley 1 which has a support 2 and a lifting mechanism 3.
- a guide device 4 is arranged on the cat 1, which has a frame 5 which is fastened to the carrier 2 by means of screws 6.
- each of the two cable drums 7, 8 are arranged, on each of which two guide ropes 9 are mounted and unwound.
- a spring motor 10 is provided in each of the two cable drums 7, 8.
- the four guide ropes 9 are each guided over a deflection 11, which are arranged on the frame 5.
- Each deflection 11 has a swinging pulley 12 and a fixed rotatable pulley 13.
- the oscillating cable pulleys 12 are fastened to four outer corner areas of the frame 5, while the fixed cable pulleys 13 are located in the areas between the cable drums 7, 8 and the oscillating cable pulleys 12.
- the guide cables 9 therefore initially run via the fixed cable pulleys 13 to the four outer cable pulleys 12 and are deflected downward here.
- the four deflection points of the pulleys 12 form approximately a square.
- a height-adjustable support member 14, which has a crane hook 15, is located at a distance below the cable drums 7, 8 in the vertical center axis of the rectangle or square formed by the four deflection points of the cable pulleys 12.
- a guide plate 16 can be arranged on the support part 14, which has four articulations 17, to which the lower ends of the four guide cables 9 are fastened.
- the guide plate 16 itself is also approximately square and the articulations 17 are located in the four corner areas of the guide plate 16 (FIG. 5).
- the articulations 17 are arranged at a distance from one another which is substantially smaller than the distance between the deflection points of the rope pulleys 12, so that the guide device 4 with the four guide ropes 9 represents a pyramid placed on top.
- the support part 14 can preferably have a ballast 18 under the guide plate 16 in order to ensure sufficient pretensioning of the lifting cable 19 associated with the lifting mechanism 3, by means of which the support part 14 can be raised and lowered.
- the ballast 18 is designed so that the weight corresponds approximately to the biasing force of all spring motors 10, which are preferably integrated in the cable drums 7, 8.
- a locking device 20 In order to counter an unintentional winding or unwinding of the guide ropes 9, for example when the load is swinging, a locking device 20 is provided.
- the locking device 20 has a locking pin 21 which engages in the teeth of a ring gear 22.
- Each of the cable drums 7, 8 can expediently have a toothed ring 22 and a locking bolt 21 can be provided for each of the toothed rings 22, which can be fastened to the underside of the frame 5.
- the locking pin 21 can advantageously be engaged and disengaged via an electromagnet 23, which is preferably connected to the electric motor of the lifting mechanism 3 via an electrical line and can be controlled via the latter.
- a load can be suspended on the supporting part 14 by means of a suspension 25 on the crane hook 15 of the lifting mechanism 3.
- a securing plate 33 is arranged on the bearing body 32 of the suspension 25 at the top.
- the securing plate 33 can, as shown in FIG. 4 be designed in the shape of a circular disk and have four cross-shaped recesses 35 on the peripheral edge 34. In these recesses 35 pawls 36 can engage, which can be hinged on the support member 14 via an axle 37.
- the guide ropes 9 are unwound from the rope drums 7, 8. Due to the preloaded spring motors 10 provided in the cable drums 7, 8, the guide cables 9 remain tensioned.
- the pendulum forces that occur, for example, when driving the cat 1 can be absorbed by the guide device 4.
- the locking pin 21 is extended and engages with the toothing of the ring gear 22, thereby preventing the cable drum 7, 8 from rotating.
- the horizontal force H (FIG. 1) directed to the right is derived as a tensile force Z into the guide rope 9.
- the electromagnet 23 pulls the locking pin 21 out of the toothing of the ring gear 22, as a result of which the cable drums 7, 8 are released, so that the guide cables 9 can run up or down when the load is raised and lowered.
- the directional stability of the support part 14 results from the fact that the articulation points 17 of the guide cables 9 are attached to the guide plate 16 at a substantially smaller distance from one another than the distance between the deflection points of the cable pulleys 12. When a twisting moment occurs, the load is raised by the guide ropes 9 by pulling the guide plate 16 straight.
- the securing plate 33 is provided on the upper part of the bearing body 32, in whose recesses 35 the pawls 36 engage, so that the bearing body 32 cannot rotate relative to the supporting part 14. If, however, the load is to be deliberately rotated, the pawl 36 can be raised to release the securing plate 33 so that the load can be rotated about the axis of the crane hook, which is preferably provided with a ball bearing.
- a major advantage is that the device according to the invention can be mounted on an existing crane or a crane trolley without any noteworthy effort, and the loads to be transported with such a retrofitted crane can be transported in a largely stabilized manner without swinging. Overall, with the device according to the invention, the loads to be transported can be controlled remotely without manual help and placed precisely.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for a crane or the like with the features of the preamble of
When transporting a load hanging on a crane, it can be observed that the load has to oscillate back and forth during the start-up and braking of the crane or the cat due to the action of the mass forces and must be calmed down by hand.
From FR-A 2 583 031 a generic device is known which shows a support part held vertically by hoisting ropes. The hoist is provided on a trolley on which a frame for a guide device is attached, which consists of four guide ropes. The guide ropes are attached at one end to the supporting part and run upwards in a pyramid shape to rope drums arranged on the frame, on which they are wound. During the up and down movement through the hoisting rope, the rope drums run freely. If a pendulum movement occurs, the electrically driven cable drums are braked to dampen the pendulum forces. A corresponding electronic control of the cable drum motors is necessary for this.
Beim Heben der Last sind die Bremsen gelöst, wodurch Pendelbewegungen grundsätzlich möglich sind.DE-B 1 237 283 shows a device for stabilizing a load, the guide cables of which are tensioned to cross from the load to a supporting frame of the trolley. When lowering the load, brakes act on the cable drums of the guide cables to dampen any pendulum movements that may occur. When the load is lifted, the brakes are released, which means that pendulum movements are basically possible.
The invention is based on the object of developing a device with the features of the preamble of
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of
The cable drums with spring motors ensure that the guide cables are kept taut when lifting and lowering. By means of the mechanical locking device, the cable drums are always blocked via a locking bolt engaging in a toothing when there is no lifting or lowering movement, ie the electric drive motor of the lifting mechanism is at a standstill. If the trolley is now moved along the running rail, no pendulum movements can occur due to the pyramid-shaped, blocked guide cables, since the carrier part is held rigidly due to the mechanical locking of the cable drum. The weight of the load is still held exclusively by the hoisting rope.

The device according to the invention is intended for guiding and stabilizing loads, in particular long goods, and is arranged on a normal or standard crane which has a
Approximately in the middle of the
Starting from the
A height-
The
The
In order to counter an unintentional winding or unwinding of the
A load can be suspended on the supporting
If the supporting
In order to prevent the load from rotating arbitrarily during transport, the securing
A major advantage is that the device according to the invention can be mounted on an existing crane or a crane trolley without any noteworthy effort, and the loads to be transported with such a retrofitted crane can be transported in a largely stabilized manner without swinging. Overall, with the device according to the invention, the loads to be transported can be controlled remotely without manual help and placed precisely.
