Claims (8)

1. Méthode destinée à améliorer la résistance à la corrosion de tubes en cuivre desoxydé au phosphore, écrouis ou demi-durs étirés à leur dimension finale, moyennant l'élimination du lubrifiant résiduel se trouvant sur la surface intérieure du tube, caractérisée en ce que les tubes sont chauffés à une température inférieure aux températures de recristallisation des tubes afin de brûler le lubrifiant résiduel et qu'il y a une atmosphère oxydant dans le tube.
2. Méthode selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la température de réchauffement est choisie selon le diagramme d'adoucissement du cuivre.
3. Méthode selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les tubes sont réchauffés à une température entre 250 et 350°C.
4. Méthode selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que les tubes contenant des additifs ne dépassant pas un total de 0,1% de fer, cobalt, nickel, zinc, aluminium, plomb, chrome, cadmium, magnésium, manganèse, titane, étain et/ou zirconium sont réchauffés à une température plus élevée que les tubes sans additifs.
5. Méthode selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que les tubes sont réchauffés de façon continue à une vitesse entre 40 et 80 m/min.
6. Méthode selon une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que l'intérieur du tube est rempli de suffisamment de gaz oxygéné pour brûler le lubrifiant résiduel complètement.
7. Méthode selon revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que de l'air est introduit dans le tube.
8. Méthode selon revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que de l'air oxygéné est introduit dans le tube.
