Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kreiselpumpe mit einer dem Pumpenlaufrad vorgeschalteten Zerkleinerungseinrichtung für Beimengungen in der Förderflüssigkeit.The invention relates to a centrifugal pump with a comminution device upstream of the pump impeller for admixtures in the delivery liquid.
Die beim Erfindungsgegenstand verwendete Zerkleinerungseinrichtung besteht aus wenigen, leicht herstellbaren Teilen: Einem mit Öffnungen (5) versehenen umlaufenden Teil (4) und einem dieses umschließenden Ring (7), der mit einer Mehrzahl von Zähnen (8) versehen ist, welche sich in dem von den Öffnungen (5) bestrichenen Bereich befinden, wobei die Größe der Öffnungen (5) und der freien Räume zwischen den Zähnen (8) so bemessen ist, daß der freie Querschnitt der Zerkleinerungseinrichtung in allen Stellungen des umlaufenden Teiles (4) mindestens dem geforderten Einlaufquerschnitt der Kreiselpumpe entspricht (Fig. 1). Description
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Kreiselpumpe gemäß dem Gattungsbegriff des Patentanspruches.The invention relates to a centrifugal pump according to the preamble of the claim.
Eine derartige Kreiselpumpe ist bekannt durch die CH-PS 423 489. Diese Kreiselpumpe besitzt einen vor der Zulauföffnung des Laufrades angeordneten Schneidring, welcher mit einem federnd gegen ihn angepreßten Schneidstück zusammenwirkt. Gemäß der Lehre der zitierten Schrift kann der Schneidring als ebenes, kegeliges oder auch als zylindrisches Teil ausgebildet sein. Bei zylindrischer Gestaltung des Schneidringes kann das Schneidstück an der Innen- oder der Außenseite des Zylinders angeordnet sein. Allen Ausführungen gemeinsam ist die Funktion des Schneidstückes: Vom Sog der Kreiselpumpe gegen die Öffnungen des Schneidringes angelegte Feststoffe werden zu dem Schneidstück geführt und dort im günstigen Falle zerkleinert. Ist das Feststoffteil jedoch so fest oder so groß, daß es nicht in einem ersten Schneidvorgang zerkleinert werden kann, wird es dem Schneidstück so oft und so lange zugeführt, bis es auf ein die Öffnungsgröße des Schneidringes unterschreitendes Maß reduziert ist. Um das Schneidstück vor Beschädigungen durch feste Stoffe zu schützen, ist es beweglich aufgehängt. So wird es durch alle Beimengungen, die nicht im ersten Durchgang zerkleinert werden können, aus seiner normalen Position herausgehoben. Dies kann dazu führen, daß größere Lappen den Schneidring überdecken und durch einen im Extremfall za befürchtenden Verschluß sämtlicher Öffnungen den Zulauf zur Kreiselpumpe verstopfen.Such a centrifugal pump is known from CH-PS 423 489. Ihr Betrieb verlangt hohe Drehmomente und damit starke Antriebsmotoren, um das zerkleinerte Gut durch die Einrichtung zu würgen. Im übrigen hat sich in der Praxis erwiesen, daß die als Schneid- und Mahlwerke wirkenden Zerkleinerungseinrichtungen dazu neigen, Zöpfe aus den festen Beimengungen der Förderflüssigkeit zu bilden, was wiederum zu einer Verstopfung des Durchflusses führen kann.Comminution devices are also already known which act as cutting and grinding mechanisms upstream of the impeller of the centrifugal pump.
