Claims (10)

1. Sac d'emballage portable (1) en fouille de plastique, destiné en particulier à recevoir des produits souples et/ou pliés, comme des couches en matière cellulaire,
- qui est d'abord ouvert à sa partie inférieure (34) et peut être fermé après remplissage et qui prend, à l'état rempli, une forme de parallélépipède,
- qui comporte une surface partielle avant et une surface partielle arrière (9,10), chacune à peu près rectangulaire, qui sont reliées latéralement par des parties latérales et, dans la zone supérieure, par une partie de couvercle à rebord (4), la partie (4) de couvercle à rebord comportant des bords surélevés et une auge (4′) située à une profondeur égale à une faible partie de la hauteur totale du sac d'emballage.
- et qui comporte une poignée (2) dont les extrémités (3, 3′) sont fixées dans la zone du sommet du sac d'emballage le long des bords supérieurs des parties latérales,
caractérisé en ce que la poignée (2) se compose de deux parties (14, 15) sensiblement égales, dont les extrémités de poignée (3, 3′) sont montées sur les côtés intérieurs opposés des bords surélevés (8) de l'aude (4′) formée par le couvercle à rebord (4).
2. Sac d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les parties de poignée (14, 15) sont reliées au sommet du U en formant un étrier le long d'une soudure (16).
3. Sac d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de poignée (14, 15), au-dessus de la partie de couvercle à rebord (4), ne sont pas reliées entre elles, ou sont reliées en étant facilement détachables l'une à l'autre.
4. Sac d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parties de poignée (14, 15) sont reliées ou peuvent être reliées entre elles au moyen d'une soudure (16), qui est constituée sous forme d'une zone de collage détachable.
5. Sac d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de couvercle à rebord (4) comporte une ligne d'affaiblissement (25) qui peut être arrachée, qui est de tracé parallèle aux bords longitudinaux (8) au milieu de la partie de couvercle à rebord (4).
6. Sac d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie de couvercle à rebord comporte une languette (61) qui peut être arrachée, qui est entourée par une ligne d'affaiblissement (62) ou une bande de colle.
7. Sac d'emballage selon l'une ou moins des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans les parties de poignée (14, 15), les surfaces qui s'écartent vers l'extérieur des deux côtés d'un évidement de poignée (13) comportent chacune un évidement (18, 19) de préférence incurvé en direction des arêtes verticales des parties de surface (9, 10) et se raccordent en forme de petites languettes (22, 23).
8. Sac d'emballage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la poignée (2) est fabriquée à partir d'une feuille de matière plastique transparente d'une résistance à l'arrachement relativement élevée.
9. Procédé de fabrication d'un sac d'emballage portable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par les étapes consistant à:
- étaler une bande de feuille courante (26), destinée à un sac d'emballage (1), le côté extérieur vers le haut
- amener, parallèlement à la bande de feuille (26), deux bandes de poignée (36, 37) situées à distance par rapport à sa ligne médiane (y-y), de préférence en amenant des feuilles séparées (27, 28)
- fabriquer des lignes de soudure parallèle (11, 12) entre des bandes de poignée (36, 37) et la bande de feuille (26)
- plier la bande de feuille (26) en forme de demi-tube souple en formant une boucle (33), les bandes de poignées 36, 37) étant situées à l'extérieur,
- introduire la partie médiane entre les bandes de poignée (36, 37) pour créer une partie de couvercle à rebord (4) et des parties de surface (9, 10) au moyen d'un pli intérieur (24) comportant une ligne coudée vers l'intérieur (29) et deux lignes coudées vers l'extérieur (30, 31), les lignes de soudure (11, 12) des bandes de poignée (36, 37) venant s'appliquer, près des lignes coudées vers l'extérieur (30, 31), à peu près parallèlement à distance l'une de l'autre, sur les côtés intérieurs (5, 6) du pli (24) dans la zone des bords supérieurs des plis (respectivement 7 et 8), et les bandes de poignée (36, 37) reposant ainsi à peu près dans le plan des parties de surface (9, 10)
- exécuter les cordons de soudure (20, 21) sur les rebords verticaux (40, 41) des parties de surface (9, 10) en reliant celles-ci en formant un tube souple
- couper à longueur la bande de feuille (26) munie des bandes de poignée, pour former des longueurs de pièces correspondant chacune à la fabrication d'un sac (1).
10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par l'addition, avant mise à longueur de la bande de feuille (26), d'une étape complémentaire du processus:
- souder les deux bandes de poignée (36, 37) sur leurs bords extérieurs, éventuellement estamper l'évidement de poignée (13) et les évidements (18, 19) pour former les contours latéraux sur les bandes de poignée (36, 37).
