Abstract

Claims (3)

1. Procédé de distribution, au juste poids, de doses d'une quantité fixée à l'avance d'un matériau fluide de remplissage, pulvérulent ou finement granulé, dans des emballages de conservation, notamment dans des sacs d'emballage formés à partir d'un tube souple ou des emballages analogues, du type selon lequel l'introduction du matériau de remplissage dans l'emballage de conservation s'effectue d'une manière pondérale, le quantité fixée à l'avance de matériau de remplissage qui doit être introduite dans l'emballage étant déposée dans ce dernier à partir d'un premier réservoir de matériau de remplissage, d'une manière commandée au niveau du poids et par intervalles, à l'aide d'une vis doseuse à vitesse de rotation commandée, caractérisé en ce qu'ensuite, une qualitité du matériau de remplissage correspondant pratiquement à la quantité distribuée est amenée d'un second réservoir de matériau de remplissage au premier réservoir, d'un manière dosée et en un temps correspondant à la période d'arrêt de la machine d'emballage.
2. Dispositif de distribution, au juste poids, de doses d'une quantité fixée à l'avance d'un matériau fluide de remplissage, pulvérulent ou finement granulé, dans des emballages de conservation (39), notamment dans des sacs d'emballage formés à partir d'un tube souple ou des emballages analogues, du type comprenant, d'une part, une vis sans fin de sortie (16), entraînée par un moteur et à vitesse de rotation commandée, qui est disposée dans un tube-enveloppe (15) qui est fixé par des brides sur l'extrémité de sortie d'une réservoir (12) contenant le matériau de remplissage, ce réservoir étant monté sur des boîtes dynamométriques de mesure de poids (14), et, d'autre part, un dispositif de commande (31, 32) auquel les données de mesure des boîtes dynamométriques (14) sont amenées d'une manière continue et qui, en vue de l'obtention de la quantité de remplissage fixée à l'avance, délivre des impulsions de commande à un régulateur (34) permettant de fixer le nombre de tours de l'arbre (19) du moteur d'entraînement (18) de la vis sans fin de sortie (16) qui est nécessaire en un temps fixé à l'avance, caractérisé en ce qu'une vis sans fin d'entrée (23), dont le nombre de tours est commandé, est disposée au-dessus du réservoir de matériau de remplissage (12), en ce que le dispositif de commande (31, 32) est associé aussi à cette vis (23), ses impulsions de commande étant délivrées au régulateur, par l'intermédiaire d'un étage à fonction de minuterie, dans le but de commander aussi le moteur d'entraînement (29) prévu pour la vis sans fin d'entrée.
