Claims (4)

1. Dispositif d'extraction d'huiles ou de jus des pâtes de grains ou de fruits, en particulier de la pâte d'olive, comprenant un réservoir de traitement (1), lequel présente vu en plan une forme rectangulaire et comporte des parois latérales verticales supérieures (1a) et des parois inférieures (1 b) qui ont chacune la forme d'un secteur de cylindre circulaire d'amplitude angulaire inférieure à 180°, lesdites parois cyl driques (1 b) ayant des axes longitudinaux parallèles (Y-Y et Z-Z) écartés l'un de l'autre d'une distance inférieure à leur rayon et comportant des séries de fentes (5a, 5b) disposées longitudinalement, celles-ci étant associées à des dispositifs (6a, 6b) conçus pour maintenir périodiquement lesdites fentes dans un état non obstrué et pour faciliter le déversement de l'huile, caractérisé par le fait qu'entre lesdites parois inférieures cylindriques (1b) et près du plan médian longitudinal vertical (X-X) du réservoir (1), à la base de ce dernier, est ménagé un canal longitudinal pratiquement semi-cylindrique (1c) à l'intérieur duquel tourne une vis (2, 2a) et qui est muni d'un orifice de déversement pour la pâte traitée imprégnée d'huile, qu'à l'intérieur dudit réservoir (1) sont montés de manière active deux rotors qui tournent dans des directions opposées autour d'axes respectifs (Y-Y et Z-Z), lesdits rotors comprenant respectivement des arbres parallèles (10a, 10b) qui supportent des paires de lames hélicoïdales (11a-11a et 11b-11b respectivement), les bords périphériques de ces- dites lames agissant juste au voisinage de la surface interne des parois respectives (1b) du réservoir, les paires de lames montées autour de chaque arbre (10a, 10b) ayant des directions d'enroulement opposées et étant déphasées angulairement de façon que les paires de lames (11a) montées sur l'arbre (10a) traversent l'espace ou zone intérieure active d'entrelacement du réservoir (1) pendant des intervalles de temps qui sont différents de ceux pendant lesquels passent les paires de lames (11b) montées sur l'arbre (10b), les lames (11a) étant espacées le long de l'arbre (10a) de façon à permettre aux paires de lames (11b) montées sur l'arbre (10b) d'agir dans des zones qui ne sont pas traversées par les lames (11a), et que les lames hélicoïdales (11a et 11 b) font avec leurs arbres de support respectifs (10a-10b) un angle inférieur à 180°, alors qu'en plus un organe en forme de peigne (7a ou 7b), porté par des bras radiaux (13a ou 13b), est monté sur chaque arbre respectif (10a et 10b), lesdits organes en forme de peigne ayant des dimensions et des positions telles que chaque organe (7a et 7b) peut coulisser le long de la surface intérieure des parois cylindriques (1 b), lesdites rangées longitudinales de fentes (5a, 5b) et lesdits dispositifs coopérant avec elles (6a, 6b) étant associés à des moyens (14a, 14b) conçus pour communiquer des mouvements alternatifs radiaux auxdits dispositifs (6a, 6b), chaque dispositif (6a, 6b) comprenant une barre longitudinale extérieure (8) supportant au moins une série de petites lames qui sont conformées, disposées et écartées les unes des autres de façon à pouvoir pénétrer dans les fentes (5a, 5b) et à coulisser à travers elles pour que, pendant leur course d'entrée, elles puissent procéder au débouchage desdites fentes (5a, 5b), alors que pendant la course de retour elles entraînent l'huile vers l'extérieur par un effet d'adhérence, cette huile tombant par gravité dans un récipient de collecte disposé en-dessous.
2. Dispositif d'extraction selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les parois inférieures (1b) du réservoir (1), qui ont chacune la forme d'un secteur cylindrique (1b), sont constituées par des sous-secteurs ou longueurs cylindriques (3) de chaque secteur cylindrique (1 b), chacune desdites longueurs (3) comportant deux séries longitudinales de fentes traversantes (5a, 5b) disposées dans des plans perpendiculaires à l'axe de rotor respectif (Y-Y, Z-Z), chaque dispositif (6a, 6b), qui agit à l'extérieur du réservoir (1), comprenant deux bras radiaux (14a, 14b) qui portent les barres longitudinales (8a, 8b) servant de supports pour deux rangées de petites lames (9), lesdits bras (14a, 14b) étant articulés à leurs autres extrémités, au moyen d'axes (18), à un anneau (17) à l'intérieur duquel peut tourner un disque excentrique (15a, 15b) avec interposition de galets (16), lesdits deux disques excentriques étant fixés respectivement aux extrémités des arbres de rotor (10a, 10b) qui font saillie des parois de tête verticales du réservoir (1).
3. Dispositif d'extraction selon la revendication 1, dans lequel chaque organe en forme de peigne (7a et 7b) est en caoutchouc durci et est porté par une barre (4a, 4b) au moyen de bras radiaux (13a, 13b), lesdits organes en forme de peigne étant montés sur les rotors respectifs (10a, 11 a et 10b, 11b) en des positions déphasées angulairement, tandis que leurs dents (28) ont des dimensions telles que les fentes respectives ménagées entre elles coulissent le long des bandes de paroi annulaires correspondantes dans lesquelles sont formées les fentes (5a, 5b), de sorte qu'à la fin des courses avant des séries de petites lames (9) celles-ci peuvent aussi pénétrer dans lesdites fentes et s'insérer entre les fentes des dents (28) de l'élément en forme de peigne (7a ou 7b).
4. Dispositif extracteur selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les deux barres (4a, 4b) portant les organes en forme de peigne (7a, 7b) réalisés en caoutchouc agissent en synchronisme, en facilitant ainsi grandement l'opération d'extraction.
