Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à des membrures constituant les éléments (2) d'une structure spatiale portante. Ces membrures (2), qui ont une section droite quelconque, comportent un canal circulaire central (3) dégagé à au moins une extrémité en vue de sa fixation sur le noeud correspondant; dans une autre variante, les membrures (2) peuvent également comporter plusieurs canaux axiaux. Un élément de ces membrures peut être utilisé comme pièce de liaison intermédiaire entre une membrure tubulaire simple et un noeud de la structure.

Description

  • L'invention se rapporte à des membrures constituant les éléments d'une structure spatiale portante.
  • On connaît des structures spatiales telles qu'échaufaudages, planchers, charpentes, dômes, etc... qui sont constituées par ses membrures tubulaires, fixées par exemple, par vissage axial sur des noeuds par l'intermédiaire d'une pièce ou embout soudé sur cette membrure et comportant un taraudage correspondant -voir par exemple FR 2 452 628-. Cet embout peut avoir suivant le cas une forme cylindrique ou tronconique.
  • Cette réalisation présente les inconvénients suivants :
    • - les opérations de soudage de l'embout taraudé à l'extrémité des tubes sont délicates et ne peuvent pas en général être exécutées sur chantier, avec une fiabilité suffisante,
    • - les dimensions de ces embouts, qui sont fonction des diamètres des tubes de membrure sont très variables ce qui exige un stock minimum pour réaliser tous les assemblages concernés,
    • - la longueur des tubes doit être fixée à l'avance en fonction de la distance exacte des noeuds à relier, avant fixation des embouts.
  • On connaît, par ailleurs, des structures spatiales constituées de membrures tubulaires de forme circulaire dont la fonction est de résister aux efforts longitudinaux de traction ou de compression (US 4 183 190).
    • - Cependant, dans la plupart des utilisations pratiques, les membrures supportent en plus des efforts axiaux, des efforts de flexion, souvent dans une direction préférentielle (par exemple verticale dans le cas de la pesanteur). Les profils, généralement autres que circulaires, présentant une forme et un moment d'inertie adaptés aux efforts subits, en vue d'une économie de matière, sont donc généralement utilisés.
    • - D'autre part, les liaisons de ces membrures sur les noeuds se font par l'intermédiaire d'une surface d'extrémité plane ou tout au moins d'une surface sphérique de projection égale à la section droite du tube cylindrique utilisé ; il en résulte un encombrement très important qui réduit le nombre et/ou la section unitaire des membrures utilisables, liées à un même noeud.
  • La présente invention résoud ces difficultés en utilisant des membrures dont la section droite de forme quelconque, comporte un canal circulaire central, et dont au moins une des extrémités est effilée, afin de dégager ledit canal central, par exemple selon une forme conique ou pyramidale. De cette façon, l'encombrement au voisinage des noeuds est limité, sans avoir recours à une pièce spécifique rapportée par soudage ou autre moyen de liaison, telle que celle décrite dans le FR 2 452 628.
  • Cette disposition facilite en outre le freinage de la vis axiale de fixation, une fois mise en place, par ovalisation du canal central de part et d'autre de celle-là, à l'aide d'une pince manuelle ou pneumatique, utilisable sur chantier, en exerçant une pression en deux zones diamétralement opposées de celui-ci.
  • Les membrures selon l'invention peuvent également servir d'embouts de liaison à fixer dans un profilé tubulaire simple dont le profil intérieur est égal au profil extérieur de la membrure considérée ; ces embouts peuvent être droits ou être usinés en une forme effilée ; ils sont fixés dans le profilé tubulaire simple par soudage, collage ou tout autre moyen ; ce procédé est cependant mieux adapté aux structures préfabriquées en usine.
  • Dans le cas de structures portantes, comportant des poteaux verticaux et des planchers horizontaux ou toitures, les membrures peuvent avoir une forme tubulaire fermée, simple, circulaire ou polygonale, ou une section ouverte comprenant deux canaux longitudinaux ou plus. Il peut s'agir, par exemple, d'une poutre caisson de section rectangulaire, comportant un canal à chaque angle ou d'une étoile à plusieurs branches portant un canal à chacune de ses extrémités.
  • Lorsque les membrures sont utilisées avec une coupe d'extrémité droite, leur mise en oeuvre sur chantier est très simple puisqu'il suffit :
    • - de couper le profilé à longueur,
    • - de tarauder le (ou les) canaux longitudinaux qu'il contient,
    • - de fixer le profilé sur le noeud à l'aide d'une (ou plusieurs) vis axiale(s).
    Dans certains cas, on peut même supprimer la deuxième étape en utilisant des vis auto-taraudeuses.
  • L'invention sera mieux comprise à l'aide des exemples suivants.
    • La figure 1 représente en perspective un assemblage d'un poteau vertical et de membrures horizontales selon l'invention.
    • La figure 2 représente des sections droites de diverses membrures selon l'invention, comportant plusieurs canaux axiaux.
    • La figure 3 représente une vue en bout des sections de diverses membrures selon l'invention, ne comportant qu'un canal central.
    • La figure 4 représente en perspective une membrure tubulaire dont la section droite est représentée à la figure 5.
    • Les figures 6 et 7 représentent une coupe axiale d'un embout de liaison réalisé avec les membrures selon l'invention et présentant une extrémité effilée selon l'invention (figure 5) ou une section droite (figure 6).
  • La figure 1 représente une structure comportant un poteau rectangulaire (1) et des membrures (2) horizontales, comportant chacune quatre canaux (3) situés dans chacun des angles internes de la membrure de section rectangulaire.
  • Les membrures (2) sont fixées au poteau (1) à l'aide de vis (4) qui s'engagent dans les canaux (3) dont les extrémités ont été taraudées.
  • La figure 2 représente diverses sections de membrures présentant plusieurs canaux longitudinaux (3).
  • La figure 3 représente diverses sections de membrures présentant un seul canal central (3). Dans le cas de la figure 3-1, les rainures longitudi- nales de la membrure (10) permettent la fixation de divers éléments de structure, tels que faux-plafonds, ou autres.
  • Les figures 4 et 5 représentent une membrure suivant l'invention, présentant un canal axial (3) relié à la forme tubulaire extérieure cylindrique (5) par quatre ailettes (6). L'extrémité de celle-ci a été chanfreinée en cône de manière à dégager le canal central (3). De ce fait, la membrure présente d'une part une surface frontale réduite et d'autre part, cela permet le freinage de la vis de fixation, une fois en place, en exerçant les efforts représentés par les flèches.
  • La figure 6 représente un embout de liaison effilé (a) réalisé par prélèvement de la partie (a) de la membrure (2) -figure 3-, qui est fixé à l'extrémité d'un tube cylindrique circulaire (7) par le cordon de soudure (8).
  • La figure 7 représente un embout de liaison droit (b) réalisé par prélèvement de la partie (b) de la membrure (2) -figure 3- et fixé par collage (9) à l'extrémité d'un tube (7).

Claims (5)

1°/ Membrure pour structure spatiale réticulée (2), de section droite de forme extérieure quelconque et comportant un seul canal (3), dans sa zone centrale, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'une de ses extrémités est effilée de manière à dégager ledit canal central.
2°/ Utilisation d'une section droite courant de la membrure selon la revendication 1, pour constituer un embout de liaison entre une membrure tubulaire simple et un noeud de la structure.
3°/ Utilisation de l'extrémité de la membrure selon la revendication 1, pour constituer un embout de liaison entre une membrure tubulaire simple et un noeud de la structure.
4°/ Membrure pour structure spatiale réticulée, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte au moins deux canaux longitudinaux (3).
5°/ Membrure selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 4, caractérisée en ce que sa surface extérieure comporte une ou plusieurs rainures longitudinales (10).
