Claims (4)

1. Procédé de montage d'un système de rails sur un plancher dans un entrepôt frigorifique en fonctionnement, dans lequel des chariots portant des rayonnages, des casiers à palettes ou analogues sont conçus pour se déplacer sur des rails qui sont posés sur le plancher et peuvent y être fixés, caractérisé en ce que du sable (29) et du verre soluble liquide sont mélangés et répanus sur le plancher (24) entre les rails (17) de manière que le mélange forme un revêtement s'étendant au même niveau que la partie supérieure du rail, ce revêtement durcissant lorsque l'eau se met à geler du fait de la température de congélation régnant dans l'entrepôt, et constituant ainsi une couche essentiellement plane pour les véhicules qui se déplacent sur le plancher.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la proportion verre soluble/sable est de 1:5.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu dans la partie supérieure du rail une zone qui est exempte de revêtement.
