Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Ausführung stützt, sich die Kolbenfeder 39 am Gehäuse 28 der Zusatzpumpe 14 bzw. an einem in das Gehäuse 28 eingrepreßten Lagerteil 41 ab. Im Lagerteil 41 ist ein Stössel 42 geführt, der, wenn die Zusatzpumpe 146an der . Kraftstofförderpumpe 7 angeschraubt ist, unter der Wirkung einer Feder 43 einerseits mit dem Förderkolben 40, andererseits mit einem im Gehäuse 28 der Zusatzpumpe 14 ausgebildeten Bohrung 44 gelagerten Kolben 45 in Wirkverbindung steht. Ferner sei noch erwähnt, daß der Druckraum 64 der Kraftstofförderpumpe 7 durch einen geeigneten Kanal 65 mit dem druckseitigen Ablauf in Verbindung steht. Anordnung einer einen Zusatzkreislauf im Betriebssystem eines Dieselmotors speisende Zusatzpumpe, wobei das Betriebssystem des Dieselmotors mit einer Einspritzpumpe ausgerüstet ist, welcher eine als Kraftstofförderpumpe dienende mechanische Kolbenpumpe zugeordnet ist, die vorzugsweise von einem auf der Einspritzpumpennockenwelle angeordneten Exzenter betätigt wird, und deren Kolbenraum an der einen, dem antreibenden Exzenter abgewandten Stirnseite durch eine Schraube verschlossen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zusatzpumpe (14) mit der Kraftstofförderpumpe (7) verbindbar ist, derart daß an dem Gehäuse (28) der Zusatzpumpe (14) ein der Verschlußschraube (27) der Kraftstofförderpumpe (7) entsprechendes Gewinde (29) angeformt und die Zusatzpumpe (14) anstelle der Verschlußschraube (27) an der Kraftstofförderpumpe (7) anschraubbar ist, daß die Zusatzpumpe (14) als mechanische Kolbenpumpe ausgebildet ist und daß der gefedertgelagerte Kolben (45) der Zusatzpumpe (14) über einen aus dem Gehäuse (28) der Zusatzpumpe (14) herausragenden Stössel (42) mit dem Kolben (4o) der Kraftstofförderpumpe (7) in Wirkverbindung steht.
