- the connecting piece according to the invention consists of parts 1 and 2, each of which is provided with a plate-shaped base 3, 4 and, in the coupled state, as shown in FIG. 3, can be non-positively connected between two base plates 5, 6.
- the non-positive connection can be made, for example, by gluing or nailing.
- Both parts 1, 2 of the connecting piece according to the invention have a head, one head 7 having an undercut 8, the other head 9 having a funnel-shaped depression 10.
- the head 7 is provided with at least one incision or gap 11, as a result of which it can be compressed, in particular if it is made of elastic plastic, to the extent that it covers the inner annular opening 12 of the Indentation 10 is able to pass through if it is inserted into indentation 10 for the purpose of coupling the two parts.
- the undercut head 7 engages with its neck part 13 at the end of the opening 12 of the conical recess 10, whereupon the two parts of the connecting piece which engage like a push button can no longer be separated from one another.
- the two heads 7 and 9 of the parts 1, 2 are connected to their base plates 3, 4 by webs 14. Any shape of these webs for supporting the heads is conceivable.
- the push-button-like interlocking heads themselves can be given any shape, the only thing that is important is that after the coupling of the two parts a non-positive or frictional connection is established.
- the funnel-shaped recess 10 can in turn be provided with incisions or gaps, as a result of which it can expand when the undercut head 7 is inserted so that it enables the head to snap into place.
- a pure adhesive connection between the two heads 7 and 9 may be sufficient to ensure the desired coupling of the two parts of the connecting piece.
- Parallel rows of parts 1 and 2 are non-positively connected to the assigned base plates as standard. These base plates can be stacked on top of each other or stored in a row. If necessary, the base plates can be cut to a desired format and only assembled on the construction site to form a "lost formwork". There is no difficulty in laying the necessary lines or installing reinforcements.
- the invention thus makes it possible first to manufacture the two halves of a "lost formwork" in the factory and to keep them in stock. It is then a question of expediency whether the coupling of the parts is already undertaken in the factory or only at the construction site you can move with simple hoists. This means that any necessary or desired changes can be made before the concrete is placed.

Abstract
The invention relates to a two-part connector for holding together the finished wall or ceiling surface base plates of a lost formwork at a distance from one another for the production of reinforced concrete walls, sloping ceilings and the like, the special feature of which is that the two parts of the connector have plate-shaped feet which can be non-positively connected to each of the base plates, the feet being connected via a handle, web or the like to heads which are designed to be interlocking in the manner of a push button.
This enables the production of a lost formwork for a wall or sloping ceiling in two parts, which can be easily stored temporarily, cut to a desired format and only put together at a later date, which has the advantage, among other things, that depending on the requirements of one Wall or sloping ceiling can make cutouts and openings, cables or additional reinforcement can be inserted and this regardless of the actual setting process of the formwork on the components.
Description
Dabei kann die Bewehrung sowohl im Werk als auch erst auf der Baustelle eingesetzt werden, so daß man über ein leicht zu versetzendes und ohne Schwierigkeiten zu transportierendes Element verfügt.proposed a reinforced concrete ceiling, the special feature of which is that mushroom-shaped anchors, preferably with a cross section, are placed on a base plate in parallel rows and non-positively connected to the plate, self-supporting reinforcement beams, preferably lattice girders, with their tension rods engaging under the heads of the anchors or in on the Engage cuts formed in the anchors. If concrete is applied to the base plate as lost formwork, a reinforced concrete ceiling with a finished bottom view is created. The reinforcement can be used both in the factory and only at the construction site, so that one has an element that is easy to move and can be transported without difficulty.
The described method for producing reinforced concrete walls is somewhat problematic when it comes to the manufacture of sloping ceilings, e.g. Loft conversions, where a lost formwork made of any material, which also represents the finished wall surface, is used.
A building plate made of cast material, e.g. Concrete, proposed, (DOS 2 317 207), which carries a cover plate permanently connected to it on its two side surfaces, which is connected to the middle layer e.g. form a three-layer concrete slab and are connected to the three-layer connecting anchors.
Ferner wurde schon daran gedacht, zur Herstellung eines bestimmten Abstandes zwischen zwei Schalungsplatten zur Einschalung von Mantelbetonplatten oder - wänden, bestehend aus einem Abstandhalter und Mitteln zur Befestigung desselben an den Schalungsplatten, daß der Abstandhalter mehrere Vorsprünge aufweist, die beim Einstecken des Abstandhalters in einen in eine Bohrung einer Schalungsplatte eingeführten Stopfen auf einer in dessen Innenloch vorgesehenen Auflagefläche aufliegen (DOS 2 229 113).Furthermore, it has already been considered to produce a certain distance between two formwork panels for formwork cladding concrete panels or walls, consisting of a spacer and means for fastening the same to the formwork panels, that the spacer has several projections, which when inserting the spacer into one a hole in a shuttering panel is placed on a plug provided in its inner hole (DOS 2 229 113).
It would now be advantageous to produce the lost formwork for such a wall or sloping ceiling in two parts so that it can be stored temporarily, cut to the desired format, transported and only put together at a later point in time, which has the advantage, among other things, that you can make cut-outs and openings, insert cables or additional reinforcement, depending on the requirements of a wall or sloping ceiling, regardless of the actual setting process of the formwork on the construction site. To make this possible, starting from a two-part connecting piece for holding together two base plates having the finished wall or ceiling surface, a lost formwork at a distance from one another for the production of reinforced concrete walls, sloping ceilings and the like, if necessary. proposed that the two parts of the connecting piece have plate-shaped feet, which can be non-positively connected to each of the base plates, the feet being connected via a stem, web or the like to heads which are designed to be interlocking like a push button.
Advantageously, one of the heads has an undercut, the other head has a funnel-shaped recess into which the undercut head can be snapped.
Furthermore, the heads can be provided with incisions in order to achieve the deformation required for the engagement.
An embodiment of the connector according to the invention will be explained in more detail below with reference to the drawing; 1 and 2 show the two parts of the connecting piece. Fig. 3 illustrates the connector inserted between two base plates. Fig. Is a section along the line A-A in Fig. 3; Fig. 5 is a sectional view along the line B-B in Fig. 3. Finally, Fig. 6 shows a detail of the connector on a large scale.
The connecting piece according to the invention consists of
Both
The two
Parallel rows of
After the two parts of the "lost formwork" have been coupled and moved in place, concrete is poured in in the usual way. As can also be seen from Fig. 6, the concrete envelops all parts of the connecting piece according to the invention, whereupon after the setting there is a (reinforced) concrete wall or sloping ceiling, the "lost formwork" of which forms the finished wall or ceiling surface in the form of two base plates .
The invention thus makes it possible first to manufacture the two halves of a "lost formwork" in the factory and to keep them in stock. It is then a question of expediency whether the coupling of the parts is already undertaken in the factory or only at the construction site you can move with simple hoists. This means that any necessary or desired changes can be made before the concrete is placed.
