Abstract

Un appareil d'extermination des rongeurs (10) à réarmement automatique et à actionnement pneumatique comporte un élément de base de châssis (12) supportant un vérin (18) du type à cylindre et à piston pneumatique dressé verticalement, qui est relié à une barre de frappement (56) montée de manière pivotante et déplaçable d'une position rétractée à une position de frappement et reprenant la position rétractée en réponse à l'actionnement d'un circuit de commande pneumatique. Le circuit de commande pneumatique comporte une plaque de détection (70) qui, après engagement par un rongeur, actionne le circuit de commande afin d'alimenter le vérin en fluide de pression de vanne pour déplacer la barre de frappement dans un cycle d'actionnement. La plaque de détection est dégagée pour un autre cycle d'actionnement de l'appareil par un mécanisme de porte d'éjection (82, 84) à actionnement pneumatique, qui est actionné séquentiellement par un vérin (96) en réponse à l'actionnement de la barre de frappement. Le vérin de barre de frappement (18) et le vérin de porte d'éjection (96) sont contrôlés en vue d'un actionnement séquentiel et d'un réarmement automatique par le circuit de commande pneumatique comportant un module de vanne (64) fait de quatre vannes séparées (116, 118, 120, 122) comportant des éléments de fermeture de vanne (206, 286, 288) effectuant un mouvement de va-et-vient axial et comportant des vérins pilotes pneumatiques (124, 131, 133, 135) et des vérins à ressort (125) pour un déplacement entre les positions de travail. Les vannes ont de préférence une construction modulaire formée de parties de corps en plastique moulées par injection, d'éléments de fermeture et de pistons de vérins pilotes du type à diaphragme (218, 220) roulants et flexibles, fixés à des parties d'arbre (212, 260) des éléments de fermeture pour former les vérins pilotes.
