Description

The invention relates to a contact arrangement for a switching device with multiple interruption through parallel contact contact points of two contact bridges guided in a contact actuator via a spring plate for the contact pressure spring, the spring plate having cuts transversely to the direction of suspension, into which the contact bridges can be locked with the spring plate transversely to their longitudinal direction can be inserted.

In a known contact arrangement of the type mentioned above (DE-PS 22 53 918) the spring plate is guided with flat surfaces in the contact actuator. To adapt the individual contact bridges to the mating contacts, the contact bridges in the spring plate have a relatively large amount of play, and they themselves are also designed to be elastic. The present invention has for its object to avoid tilting of the spring plate in the slide guide and to enable reliable contacting of the two contact bridges even when the two fixed contact pieces are not evenly aligned. This is achieved in a simple manner in that the spring plate is rounded at least on two opposite sliding surfaces of the spring plate in the contact actuating member, which slide surfaces extend transversely to the longitudinal direction of the contact bridge. In order to enable the contact bridges to tilt in several directions, however, when the spring plate is guided laterally, it is advantageous if the spring plate protrudes beyond the longitudinal sides of the contact bridges and is encompassed in a U-shape by the contact actuating member and rounded in the outstanding area on each of the two mutually perpendicular sliding surfaces is. To insert the contact bridges in La 2 Syr / 21.03.1984 the spring plate with good sliding properties in the contact actuator, it has proven to be advantageous if the spring plate consists of thermoplastic molding material. In order to create a good support for the spring in the spring plate and additionally to enable the spring plate to be moved through 180 ° in order to make normally open or normally closed contacts, it is also advantageous if the spring plate has an essentially H-shaped cross section. On both long sides of the H there are recesses for the spring.

An exemplary embodiment according to the invention is described with reference to the drawing and the mode of operation is explained in more detail.

Show it:
  • 1 is a plan view, partly in section, of the contact bridges with contact actuating element inserted into the spring plate,
  • Fig. 2 is a front view of the contact arrangement of FIG. 1, also partially in section, and
  • Fig. 3 is a side view of the arrangement of FIG. 1, also partially in section.

The contact arrangement shown in the drawing for a switching device with multiple interruptions, not shown, consists of two contact bridges 1, 2, which are provided with the contact pads 3 forming the contact contact points, the spring part 4, the contact pressure spring 5 and the actual contact actuator 6. The contact actuator 6 has a window-shaped opening 7, on one side of which the contact pressure spring 5 is supported and on the other side - as shown in FIG. 3 - the contact bridges 1 and 2 rest over the spring plate 4. The spring plate has incisions 8 on the side the contact bridges 1 and 2 are inserted; Nubs 9 on the contact bridges 1, 2 snap into corresponding side recesses 10 in the spring plate 4, so that a certain mobility of the contact bridges 1, 2 relative to the spring plate 4 remains. A shift is however impossible. As shown in FIG. 1, the spring plate with the part 11 protrudes beyond the long sides of the contact bridges 1, 2. The parts 11 are surrounded by U-shaped recesses 12 in the side walls of the contact actuator, so that the spring plate is slidably guided both on the side walls 13 of the window-shaped opening 7 and on the walls 14 running perpendicular thereto. The sliding surfaces 15 of the spring plate facing the side walls 13 and 14 are rounded both with respect to the side wall 13 and with respect to the side wall 14. This results in the possibility that the contact bridge can tilt in the longitudinal direction together with the spring plate as well as transversely thereto, ie can move, so that the contact bridges can on the one hand turn to crooked fixed contact parts 16 and about its longitudinal axis to compensate for tolerances. The two pivot directions are represented by the arrows 17 in FIGS. 1 and 18 in FIG. 3.

The possibility of pendulum of the spring plate thus results in an optimal adaptation of the contact bridges to the fixed contact parts, without fear of jamming of the spring plate in the guide. To insert the spring plate into the contact actuator, the latter is divided here into a lower part 19 and an upper part 20, which can be joined to the contact bridges, for example by snap connections after the spring has been inserted into the spring plate.
