Claims (6)

1. Calandre pour exercer une pression sur une bande formée de fibres, avec au moins deux rouleaux superposés, qui forment plusieurs intervalles pour le passage de la bande, avec un dispositif de charge, le rouleau inférieur, parmi les rouleaux superposés, étant en appui sur au moins un vérin permettant un délestage rapide, avec un appareil de mesure qui relève le poli, l'épaisseur l'humidité et/ou le brillant de la bande, et avec un régulateur qui modifie la force exercée par le dispositif de charge en relation avec les valeurs mesurées, calandre caractérisée en ce que:
a) le rouleau inférieur (1') est en appui sur un élément de mesure de pression soumis à la force exercée par le vérin (9), qui fournit une valeur réelle de la force exercée,
b) la valeur mesurée par l'appareil de mesure est fournie au régulateur, dans lequel à chaque valeur réelle mesurée par l'appareil de mesure est associée une valeur optimale de la force exercée dans l'intervalle inférieur,
c) et le régulateur détermine une modification de réglage de pression dans l'intervalle inférieur, en fonction de la valeur optimale de la pression dans l'intervalle inférieur, de la valeur réelle de la force exercée, et du poids du rouleau inférieur, et modifie la force exercée par le dispositif de charge (11) en fonction.
2. Calandre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de mesure de pression (13) est disposé à l'extrémité du piston du vérin (9) située contre le rouleau (1') en appui.
3. Calandre selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de pression (13) est disposé dans le support du cylindre en appui sur le vérin (9).
4. Calandre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de mesure de pression (13) est installé dans une attache formée par une cavité (12) réalisée dans la face frontale dirigée vers le rouleau (1') du piston (8) du vérin (9), ou dans une attache du support de rouleau.
5. Calandre selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que l'élément de mesure de pression (13) est installé amovible dans l'attache (12).
6. Calandre selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 avec un système de chargement comprenant un vérin pour le rouleau supérieur, caractérisée en ce qu'un élément de mesure de pression (14) est disposé à l'extrémité du piston de ce vérin (11) tournée vers le rouleau supérieur (2), ou à l'emplacement du support du rouleau supérieur en appui sur le piston.
