Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an axle holder web for securing the wheel sets of railway vehicles on the outer cheeks of the bogie frame or car bases. The axle bearings of railroad wheel sets are vertically displaceably mounted in recesses in the outer cheeks of the bogie frames or undercarriages in order to allow compression during operation. To secure the wheel sets downwards when lifting the wagon or bogie, the recesses are locked by axle holder bars.
Since the recesses for the axle bearings mean a considerable weakening of the bogie cheeks, the axle holder webs and their attachment are designed such that they can absorb large tensile forces, i. H. also increase strength in normal operation.
Screw connections are used as a means of transmitting power from the axle holder webs to the cheeks of the bogie frame (DE-PS 108 441, DE-PS 621 004). Connections are also known by means of fitting screws, fitting bushes with screws, shoulder pieces or chamfers with screws and toothing with screws. The attachment of the axle holder web must meet high requirements. You must allow a rigid, ie low-deformation transmission of large forces, and be as wear-free and reliable as possible and also quick and easy to solve. The well-known Achshal ter and their attachment largely correspond to the requirements placed on them, but have the disadvantage that the screw connections are difficult to solve due to corrosion and exposure to dirt.
It is therefore the object of the invention to design an axle holder in such a way that it largely compensates for the weakening of the bogie beam caused by the recess and the attachment is simplified.
The object is that the Axle guard tie parallel profiles and plungers with inclined to the vertical pressure surfaces on Vorsprün - having supported gene of the sole-bar and is held forth by means of the sole-bar rotatably arranged Schaken under bias from above.
As a result of the pressure surfaces on the axle holder web and the projections of the bogie cheeks, which are inclined to the vertical, the pretensioning of the fastening means creates a wedge-shaped, non-positive fixed contact with a large pressure surface and a correspondingly small surface pressure. In addition, the axle holder web and the bogie cheek lie in one plane, so that no additional bending moments occur. These measures significantly improve the stiffness of the cheek, which is reduced by the recess. The tensile forces in the axle holder web are broken down into two components on the pressure surfaces, of which only the considerably smaller one acts in the vertical direction. Only this small force can be absorbed by the fastening means of the axle holder web. The shackles, which are rotatably arranged for fastening the axle holder web on the bogie cheeks, are robust and insensitive fastening elements, which make it possible to attach them at both ends and snap the shackles into place with a few hammer blows to fasten or loosen them accordingly. The security of the screwless connection of the axle holder web to the bogie cheek is ensured by the fact that the pivot points of the legs are closer to the vertical wheel axle than their contact points on the axle holder web. Since the shackles have a tendency to maintain their functional position due to their own weight, the risk of automatic release due to vibrations or shocks when maneuvering the wagons is reduced. It is also easy to inspect the axle holder web attachment by inspecting it.
As additional security it can be provided that the flaps are protected against unintentional loosening by securing elements. For this purpose, holes are provided in the end sections of the axle holder web, into which pins, dowel pins or the like can be introduced. According to one embodiment it is provided that the legs are designed as resilient elements which snap into snap-in profiles on the axle holder web. The end sections of the axle holder web are designed in such a way that the functionally correct installation position of the hooks is ensured without additional securing elements. The upward pulling force is precisely defined and independent of the assembly process.
Another type of fastening of the axle holder web is that tabs provided with elongated holes are provided in addition to shackles designed as spring elements. In this case, tensioning hooks press the axle holder web against the bogie cheek. The tabs prevent the axle holder web and the clamping jaw halves from falling if the clamping jaw breaks.
The axle holder web according to the invention is shown in the drawing and is described below.

The
