Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf das Hersteller von Effektgarnen, bei welchem beim Offenend-Spinnen ein Vorgarn der Spinneinheit für den zu bildenden Faden programmgesteuert zugeführt wird. Gemäss der Erfindung wird mindestens eine Vorgarnspule (15) von einem Spulenträger (23) getragen, welcher wegnehmbar an einer Kanne (13) angebracht ist, welche als Behälter für das zum Verspinnen vorgesehene Fasermaterial dient. Das bis anhin verwendete Spulengatter für die Vorgarnspulen 15 erschwert die Zugänglichkeit zu den Spulstellen für das Effektgarn. Dieses Gatter ist gemäss der Erfindung nicht mehr notwendig. Damit fällt das beschwerliche Aufmontieren und Abmontieren desselben beim Wechseln zwischen Normalgarn und Effektgarn weg. Gemäss der Erfindung sind die bei einem solchen Wechsel notwendigen Aenderungen äusserst einfach. Beim Herstellen von Effektgarnen in der genannten Weise müssen zusätzlich zu den beim Spinnen gebräuchlichen Kannen, in welchen das zu verspinnende Faserband gelagert ist, auch noch die Spulen für das den Effekt erzeugende Vorgarn untergebracht werden. Diese wurden bis anhin unmittelbar vor den Stellen, wo das Aufspulen des Effektgarnes stattfindet, an Gattern angebracht. Dadurch wird die Zugänglichkeit zu diesen Stellen und die Uebersichtlichkeit im Spinnsaal verschlechtert. Da beim Spinnen eines gewöhnlichen Garnes die für diese Vorgarnspulen verwendeten Spulengatter nicht gebraucht werden, muss man sie für diesen Fall abmontieren, bzw. für das Spinnen von Effektgarnen wieder einbauen, was eine merkliche zusätzliche Arbeit bedeutet.When producing fancy yarns in the manner mentioned, in addition to the cans customary for spinning, in which the sliver to be spun is stored, the bobbins for the roving producing the effect must also be accommodated. - Fig. 1 zeigt eine
Spinnmaschine 11 mit einerSpinneinheit 12. Kannen 13 dienen als Behälter für zuverspinnendes Faserband 14, von dem ein zurSpinneinheit 12 laufendes Stück gezeichnet ist. Von einerVorgarnspule 15 läuft einVorgarn 16 zu einemStreckwerk 17, durch welches dasVorgarn 16 nach einem Programm büschelartig auseinander gezogen wird und zu einerSpeiseleitung 18 gelangt. Mittels Saugwirkung werden die einzelnen Faserbüschel durch dieseLeitung 18 durchgesogen, um in dieSpinneinheit 12 zu gelangen. Das gesponnene Produkt, nämlich dasEffektgarn 21, wird zu einerSpule 22 aufgewickelt.

Ein horizontal angeordneter, gebogener Stab 28 ist fest mit der vertikalen Stange 24 verbunden und erstreckt sich beidseitig derselben. An jeder Hälfte des Stabes 28 ist ein Tragelement 31 befestigt. An jedem derselben hängt eine Vorgarnspule 15. Das von den Spulen 15 sich abwickelnde Vorgarn 16 wird durch je eine Oese eines an der Stange 24 befestigten Fadenführers 32 geführt. Der Spulenträger 23 wird an der Kanne 13 angebracht, indem der Träger 23 mittels des Hakens 26 an die Kanne angehängt wird. Die Spulen 15 sind drehbar an den Tragelementen 31 aufgehängt.
