Abstract
La methode est utilisee pour etablir des valeurs de mesure en fonction de la densite lineaire d'une meche de fibres transportee au travers d'un entonnoir de mesure. Un signal de mesure transmis de l'entonnoir de mesure (2) est transforme en un signal de tension electrique proportionnel et est integre de maniere continue. L'appareil de l'invention comprend l'entonnoir de mesure en question connecte pneumatiquement a un transducteur pneumatique/electrique (4). Le transducteur transmet son signal a un dispositif de circuit d'integration (6). Un dispositif logique de commande (13) d'une part coopere avec une roue dentee (11) d'un dispositif d'engrenage (10) d'une machine preparatoire a filer et, d'autre part, est connecte au dispositif de circuit d'integration. Un initiateur de proximite (12) transmet une impulsion au dispositif logique de commande a chaque passage d'une dent. Le circuit d'integration fournit des valeurs de mesure sous forme de signaux de commande a des machines a filer de preparation, lesdits signaux etant independants de la vitesse de la meche de fibres.
