Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein lösbar-festes Mundstück, das eine Berührung des Mundes mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter verhindert und als Vorrichtung zum hygienischen Trinken aus einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter in Form einer Büchse dient, wobei die Büchse mit einem Abreißverschluß für eine Öffnung versehen ist. Die Öffnung besitzt eine Schlitzform und das Mundstück ist im Aufsetzbereich dieser Schlitzform angepaßt. In der DE-A-1 906 686 ist bereits ein Hilfsmittel zum hygienischen Austrinken von Dosen beschrieben, das aus dünnen, unter Spannung in einen genau passenden Schlitz einrastbaren Plättchen besteht, das jedoch keinerlei Herstellungstoleranzen oder Abweichungen der Schlitzformen zuläßt.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, im Aufsetzbereich das Mundstück so auszubilden, daß Toleranzen in der Schlitzform selbst bei unterschiedlichen Formen verschiedener Fabrikate noch durch ein und das selbe Mundstück so ausgeglichen werden können, daß jederzeit ein Dichtsitz gewährleistet ist.
  • Diese Aufgahe wird nach der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß bei einem lösbar-festen Mundstück, das eine Berührung des Mundes mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter verhindert und als Vorrichtung zum hygienischen Trinken aus einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter in Form einer Büchse oder Dose dient, die mit einem Abreißverschlußschlitz für eine Öffnung versehen ist, im Aufsetzbereich das Mundstück eine Konizität besitzt, um einen Dichtsitz zu gewährleisten.
  • Die Erfindung ist anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert und zwar zeigen
    • Fig. 1 einen Behälter in perspektivischer Ansicht mit einem geöffneten Schlitz im Behälterdeckel,
    • Fig. 2 ein Mundstück von der Seite gesehen,
    • Fig. 3 einen Längsschnitt des Mundstückes mit Bohrungen,
    • Fig. 4 eine Draufsicht auf das Einsatzteil des Mundstückes.
  • Am gebräuchlichsten ist für den Erfindungsgegenstand eine Büchse 1 mit eingeprägtem Abreißverschluß für die Öffnung 2. Die Schlitzform auf dem Deckel der Büchse 1 ist eine Werknorm für die Herstellung, nach der sich die Form des Mundstückes 3 anpaßt. Wie aus den Fig. 2 und 3 ersichtlich, hat das Mundstück im Aufsetzbereich 6 eine Konizität, die herstellungstechnisch und aus Gründen des Dichtsitzes im Schlitz 2 der Büchse 1 besonders wichtig ist, zumal die Schlitzformen schon aus Fertigungs-und Toleranzgründen in gewissen Grenzen unterschiedlich ausfallen. Zum Durchfluß der Flüssigkeit hat das Mundstück 3 eine bei aufsteckbaren Ausgießvorrichtungen übliche Hauptbohrung 4. Im Aufsetzbereich 6 des Mundstückes 3 ist eine seitlich verlaufende kurze Bohrung 5 angeordnet, die zum bekannten Druckausgleich dient und ein störungsfreies Trinken ermöglicht. Der Aufsetzbereich 6 ist zur Gesamtlänge des Mundstückes kurz gehalten, damit die Bohrung 5 beim Trinken nicht verdeckt wird. Zur Erhöhung der Hygiene wird das Mundstück bis zum Gebrauch in einer Schutzhülle aufbewahrt.

Claims (4)

1. Lösbar-festes Mundstück (3), welches eine Berührung des Mundes mit dem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) verhindert, als Vorrichtung zum hygienischen Trinken aus einem Flüssigkeitsbehälter (1) in Form einer Büchse mit Abreißverschlußschlitz für eine Öffnung (2), wobei das Mundstück (3) im Aufsetzbereich der Schlitzform der Öffnung (2) angepaßt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Aufsetzbereich (6) das Mundstück (3) eine Konizität aufweist, um einen Dichtsitz zu gewährleisten.
2. Mundstück nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mundstück (3) eine sich auf die ganze Länge des Mundstückes (3) erstreckende Hauptbohrung (4) aufweist.
3. Mundstück nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine zusätzliche, sich auf die Länge des Aufsetzbereiches (6) erstreckende Bohrung (5) angeordnet ist.
4. Mundstück nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mundstück (3) vor dem Gebrauch in einer Hülle aufbewahrbar ist.
