Die Erfindung betrifft einen Zeilentransformator für Fernsehgeräte, bestehend aus wenigstens einer Primär-und wenigstens einer Sekundärwicklung, bei dem wenigstens der Wickel der Primärwicklung aus einer metallischen Folie mit einer zwischen diese als Isolation eingelegten Kunststoff-Folie gewickelt ist, und welcher in der Weise abgestimmt ist, daß die sekundäre Wechsel- Hochspannung insbesondere ungradzahlige Harmonische > 5. Ordnung abgestimmt wird. Bei dem bekannten Zeilentransformator sind sowohl die Primär- aLs auch die SekundärwickLung (Hochspannungswicklung), in Kammerwickeltechnik ausgeführt, d.h. die Wicklungen sind auf einen SpuLenkörper gewickelt, dessen Wickelraum in mehrere Kammern unterteilt ist. Die Hochspannungswicklung bei dem bekannten ZeiLentransformator ist in drei TeiLwickLungen unterteilt, von denen jeweils zwei TeiLwicklungen auf die siebte Harmonische und eine Teilwick-Lung auf die fünfte Harmonische abgestimmt sind.
