Claims (3)

1. Procédé pour la fabrication d'une aiguille et d'un fil formant une unité de couture constituée par une aiguille (1) comportant un chas (2) et par une longueur de fil (4) reliée à l'aiguille (1), dans lequel, à partir de la longueur de fil (4), on forme au niveau du chas (2), d'un côté, un noeud coulant de fil (3) et, de l'autre côté, deux brins de fil (6, 7), le noeud coulant de fil (3) étant amené de l'autre côté de l'aiguille (1) pour entourer les deux brins de fil (6, 7) et une boucle (5) étant formée au niveau du chas (2) par traction des brins de fil, caractérisé en ce que le noeud coulant de fil (3) est formé aussi bien au niveau du chas (2) de l'aiguille (1) qu'au niveau du chas (9) voisin d'une aiguille courbe (8), l'aiguille courbe (8) étant guidée, avec les brins de fil (6, 7), avant la formation de la boucle (5), de manière à passer dans le noeud coulant (3) sur lequel on exerce ensuite une traction.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le noeud coulant (3) est formé en utilisant de l'air comprimé provenant d'une buse de soufflage (13) et faisant passer le noeud coulant (3) dans le chas (2) et dans le chas (9).
3. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le noeud coulant de fil (3) est maintenu par sa pointe dans une partie rentrante (14) tandis que l'aiguille courbe (8) est guidée de manière à passer dans le noeud coulant (3).
