Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine kittlos gesockelte Zweifaden-Halogenglühlampe für Kraftfahrzeugscheinwerfer, an deren Quetschfuß ein Halter befestigt ist, der mit dem Einstellring des Lampensockels über Befestigungslappen verbunden ist.The invention relates to a cementless, two-filament halogen incandescent lamp for motor vehicle headlights, to the pinch base of which a holder is fastened which is connected to the adjusting ring of the lamp base via fastening tabs.
Bei einer bekannten Lampe dieser Art ist der Halter als Scheibe mit weitgehend parallel zur Lampenlängsachse liegenden Lappen ausgebildet, deren Enden zu rechtwinkligen Lappen abgebogen sind. Diese rechtwinkligen Lappen sind mit dem Einstellring verschweißt. Der Einstellring ist mit der Sockelhülse zu einer Fügegruppe zusammengefaßt oder als einteiliges Tiefziehteil ausgebildet. In die Öffnung 3 ist eine Zweifaden-Halogenglühlampe 4 eingesetzt (Figuren 1 - 3). Der Halter 1 ist an ihrem Quetschfuß 5 befestigt. Der Einstellring 2 ist zusammen mit einer Sockelhülse 6 als einteiliges Tiefziehteil geformt. Es ist verbunden mit einem Kontaktfahnen 7 tragenden Sockelstein 8 mit Öffnungen 9 zum Durchführen der Stromzuführungen 10 der Lampe 4. Der Halter 1 ist in den Einstellring 2 eingesetzt. Aus dem Material des Einstellringes 2 sind parallel zur Lampenlängsachse verlaufende Befestigungslappen 11 herausgebogen.
