Claims (7)

1. Dispositif utilisable dans le procédé de moulage par le vide pour la fabrication de moules de coulée à partir d'une matière réfractaire de tamponnage exempte de liant, qui est incluse entre des feuilles minces et est rendue compacte par une dépression produite à l'intérieur de la matière de tamponnage, dispositif qui comprend un châssis (2) comportant, dans l'une au moins de ses parois (5, 6), un conduit collecteur de dépression (3), et une conduite de dépression (8) au moins qui est disposée dans la cavité du châssis recevant la matière de tamponnage (10), qui est raccordée fonctionnellement au conduit collecteur de dépression (3) et qui présente des ouvertures de mise sous vide réparties sur sa circonférence, caractérisé en ce que le conduit collecteur de dépression (3) s'ouvre dans la cavité de moulage à travers une surface de tamisage (4) et en ce que la conduite de dépression (8) est également munie d'une surface de tamisage (13) sur l'une au moins de ses faces frontales (9) et est placée dans le châssis (2) de telle manière que sa surface de tamisage (13) soit située en face de la surface de tamisage (4) du châssis à une distance permettant l'introduction de matière de tamponnage.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le châssis (2) présente, dans au moins deux parois latérales opposées, des conduits collecteurs de dépression (3) qui s'ouvrent à l'intérieur du châssis (2) à travers une surface de tamisage (4) chacun, et en ce qu'il est placé, entre les deux surfaces de tamisage opposées (4), des conduites de dépression (8) dont la longueur est un peu plus petite que la distance entre les surfaces de tamisage opposées et qui sont fermées, sur chacune de leurs deux faces frontales (9), par une surface de tamisage (13).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les extrémités des conduites de dépression (8) sont réalisées avec une forme s'élargissant en trompette.
4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il est disposé, sur les parois latérales du châssis (2) qui comportent les surfaces de tamisage (4), des supports (7) pour les conduites de dépression (8).
5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les supports (7) comportent des butées (11) servant d'éléments d'écartement pour la fixation d'une distance définie entre les surfaces de tamisage (4) du châssis (2) et les surfaces de tamisage (13) de chaque conduite de dépression (8).
6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que des éléments de fixation (12) pour les conduites de dépression (8) sont disposés au-dessus des supports (7).
7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation sont constitués par des pattes à ressort (12).
