Abstract
Description
Die Erfindung betrifft eine keramische Platte, insbesondere grobkeramische Spaltklinkerplatte.The invention relates to a ceramic plate, in particular coarse-ceramic split clinker plate.
Bekanntlich bilden sich beim Verlegen oder Verfugen von keramischen Platten mit Zement- oder Kunststoffmassen an der Sichtseite störende Schleierbildungen bzw.. Rückstände, die entweder überhaupt nicht oder nur mit großem Arbeitsaufwand zu entfernen sind. Die Schleierbildungen sind in besonderem Maße schwierig zu entfernen, wenn die Sichtseite der Platte mit rauher Beschaffenheit ausgeführt ist, wie dies beispielsweise bei Spaltklinkerplatten der Fall ist.As is known, when laying or grouting ceramic panels with cement or plastic masses, disruptive veils or residues form on the visible side, which either cannot be removed at all or can only be removed with great effort. Der Erfindung gemäß ist dies dadurch erreicht, daß mindestens die Sichtseite des Plattenkörpers eine Beschichtung fest aufweist, die mechanisch und/oder chemisch nach dem Verlegen oder Verfugen entfernbar ausgebildet ist. Durch die Beschichtung erfolgen etwaige Schleierbildungen bzw. der Verbleib von Rückständen auf der dem Plattenkörper abgewandten Schichtseite, wodurch nach dem Entfernen der Schicht die Platte frei jeglicher Beeinflussung von Verlegematerialien oder Fugenmörtel ist. Dies wirkt sich in besonderem Maße vorteilhaft bei Platten mit starker porenhaltiger Schichtseite aus. Ferner erübrigen sich die sonst üblichen umständlichen Entsäuerungs- und Entschleierungsmaßnahmen. Außerdem sind die so vorbehandelten keramischen Platten schnell auch von weniger geübten Personen verlegbar. Zweckmäßig ist der Plattenkörper im Bereich der Sichtseite und an den Seitenflächem mit einer Beschichtung versehen. Gemäß bevorzugter Ausführung ist die Beschichtung durch eine Lackschicht, insbesondere einem an sich bekannten Waschlack einfach erzielbar. Ferner kann eine Wachs- oder Paraffinschicht die Beschichtung bilden bzw. ein erhärt- oder polymerisierbarer Kunststoff als Beschichtung aufgetragen sein. Darüber hinaus besteht aber auch die Möglichkeit als Beschichtung eine Folie auf dem Plattenkörper aufzubringen, die durch einfaches Abreißen nach dem Verarbeiten des Plattenkörpers saubere Sichtflächen ergibt.In a further development of the inventive concept, it is provided that the coating be formed by any suitable measures and applied in any manner.
