Description
The invention relates to a device for hot air drying according to the first part of the claim.
In a known device of this type (DE-A-2301 938), two inflation drying zones and a suction drying zone are arranged one behind the other in a plane and are each provided with a separate fan.
Also known is a drying device (CH-A-408 845) in which the textile material first passes through a group of hot air nozzles and then runs over sieve drums. The nozzles are connected to the blower of a sieve drum, so that the air sucked out of the drums is again fed into the textile material through the nozzles.
The invention has for its object to design a device according to the first part of the claim so that the hot air drying is achieved with a particularly low system engineering and construction costs and dryers of different sizes and performance can be efficiently manufactured.
This object is achieved by the characterizing features of the claim.
The arrangement of the two different drying zones connected to a common fan in two drying levels one above the other results in a particularly short gas flow and a simple, compact design. This double-field design also allows for a very efficient production of dryers of different sizes and performance, in that several such double fields are strung together while maintaining the air flow mentioned.
- FIG. 1 shows a longitudinal section through the device according to the invention,
- Figures 2 and 3 sections along lines 11-11 and 111-111 of Fig. 1st
The
The
The
The
The
As can be seen in particular in FIG. 1, any number of drying sections (each containing two drying zones arranged one above the other with different air flow) can be arranged one behind the other. This enables rational production of dryers of different sizes and performance.
The air flow should be understandable according to the explanations above. It is additionally illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3 by the
