Abstract
Description
La présente invention concerne la mise en oeuvre et à niveau d'un dallage dit industriel, généralement avec du béton, et conjointement la réalisation des joints de retrait, soit finis, soit à mastiquer.The present invention relates to the implementation and leveling of a so-called industrial paving, generally with concrete, and jointly the production of shrinkage joints, either finished or putty.
Il existe des accessoires ou ensemble d'accessoires qui permettent de réaliser partiellement ce qu'accomplit mon ensemble d'accessoires, mais aucun matériel actuellement ne permet de faire tout à la fois : - 1) coffrage,
- - 2) support de règle vibrante,
- - 3) joint de dilatation dit sec, mais solidaire tout de même du béton qui effectue son retrait,
- - 4) joint de dilatation à mastiquer.

Cet ensemble d'accessoires, objet de l'invention, comprend : planche 2/3, deux profils fig. 1 et 2, un support profil fig. 3, un guide profil de croisement fig. 4. Le profil fig. 1 est destiné à rester noyé dans le béton du dallage et à provoquer le joint de dilatation. Par sa forme particulière, il s'emboitera parfaitement sur le support fig. 3 planche 1/3, et grâce à ses deux oreilles (1), il restera parfaitement solidaire du béton. Les parois (2) seront dans une matière suffisamment souple pour suivre les éventuels mouvements du béton. Le profil fig. 2 est destiné à être récupéré. Il sera donc plus étroit en partie inférieure afin de pouvoir s'extraire facilement du béton quand celui-ci fera sa prise. Il laissera donc une saignée rectiligne dans le béton. Ces différents accessoires seront mis en place la veille du coulage du dallage, et les supports de profils, fig. 3 planche 2/3, ainsi que les guides de croisement fig. 4 seront partiellement noyés dans un premier béton, afin d'assurer la mise à niveau et la rigidité des profils fig. 1 ou fig. 2. Ce béton, de mise à niveau, aura le volume le plus restreint possible. Il assurera le scellement parfait des supports de profil et guide de croisement et ne devra pas gêner la pose éventuelle d'un treillis soudé. Le lendemain, comme l'indique la planche 3/3, les ouvriers pourront couler le béton et assurer sa mise en place à la règle vibrante ou non. Si les profils 1 ont été choisis, ils resteront dans le béton et serviront de joint de dilatation.
