Definitions

  • the invention relates to a sieve plate made of steel or cast iron for hot and highly abrasive bulk materials, with a support made of heat-resistant armor material.
  • a sieve plate made of pre-perforated steel plates, on which a wear-resistant surface made of heat-resistant, wear-resistant materials is applied, is known from DE-B-2 318 646.
  • Such pre-punched steel plates involve a high manufacturing effort and are e.g. not suitable for sieves with smaller sieve openings.
  • the sieve openings are exposed to high wear on bulk materials that are subject to high wear.
  • a sieve plate which consists of rubber and has a metal support plate. Cast iron strips are embedded in the sieve plate or received in grooves in the sieve plate.
  • a sieve plate is for hot bulk goods, e.g. Hot sintering, unsuitable, since neither the rubber base material nor the strips made of cast iron can withstand the high temperatures that occur with such bulk materials.
  • Cast sieve plates are known in various embodiments. A number of differently composed and alloyed steels and cast iron in a suitable composition can be used as casting materials. The previously known cast sieve plates have the disadvantage that they wear out quickly when subjected to high loads, in particular when used for hot and extremely abrasive bulk materials.
  • the object of the present invention is to provide a sieve plate which is particularly well suited for hot and highly abrasive bulk materials and which is particularly wear-resistant. This object is achieved by the features specified in the patent claims. The claims also cover embodiments of the invention.
  • the arrangement of strips or strips made of a heat-resistant armor material running in the conveying direction increases the service life of a cast sieve plate and improves the sieving performance.
  • Coarse-grained and heavy material components lie on the wear-resistant strips and do not come into direct contact with the underlying screen surface.
  • the fine goods cause less wear than coarse goods. Therefore, in the proposed arrangement, the perforated surfaces are less stressed and the wear on these surfaces is reduced. Since coarse screenings do not touch the screen surface, this is better used for the screening process.
  • the arrangement of wear strips reduces the contact area of the hot material to be sieved with the sieve plate. As a result, the screen plate is heated up less, which also contributes to reducing wear.
  • the subclaims relate to expedient and advantageous embodiments of the invention, for example a cast base plate with material strips made of heat-resistant armor material, the arrangement of webs, the connection of the material strips and / or webs to the base plate, the execution of the screen perforation, the additional armoring of the screen plate and the arrangement of sieve plates with a sieve covering.
  • the sieve plates which are shown in sections in the figures and are cast from heat-resistant materials (special steel), consist of a base plate 1 with the sieve holes 2.
  • the sieve holes have the shape of elongated holes, which are arranged in rows as seen in the conveying direction.
  • the longitudinal direction of the screen holes forms an angle of approximately 45 ° with the conveying direction indicated by arrows (see FIGS. 3 and 4).
  • the sieve holes can also have a shape that differs from the illustrated exemplary embodiments and e.g. be round. As shown in the drawings, the sieve holes can be flared downwards.
  • the sieve holes are alternately offset by approximately 90 ° in their longitudinal direction. This type of perforation is advantageous for smaller sieve openings and results in good sieving performance.
  • Strips 3 made of heat-resistant armor material are arranged on the base plate 1 in the conveying direction.
  • the armor material is welded directly onto the base plate.
  • the base plate 1 has webs 4 and 5.
  • the cross-sections of the webs are approximately rectangular to square, the web flanks being able to be inclined or curved towards the center of the web.
  • the web 4 is part of the cast base plate itself.
  • the web is welded onto the base plate, as shown for web 5.
  • the webs are connected on their wide side to the base plate, but they can also be arranged in an upright position.
  • the material strips 3 are reinforced with material strips 3 made of a heat-resistant armor material.
  • the armor material can be welded onto the webs or connected to the webs in some other way.
  • the web flanks 7 and 8 can also be provided completely or partially with armor material. The webs run in the conveying direction of the material to be screened.
  • the screen holes 2 are located in the base plate 1 below the upper channel te of the sieve plate. They are therefore less stressed by the material to be treated, especially by large and heavy material components. At the same time, the sieving performance is improved.
  • the screen plate in the area of the screen holes can additionally be armored with armor material.
  • the height of the armor 6 can be equal to or less than the height of the armored strips or strips.
  • the shape of the armor can differ from the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 4. For example, individual beads made of armored material can be welded on the surface of the perforated screen in the longitudinal or transverse direction.
  • the screen plates are arranged in rows one behind the other (in the conveying direction) and next to one another (transversely to the conveying direction).
  • the transverse rows of the sieve plates can be installed offset to one another or manufactured in such a way that the strips alternate with the perforations in the conveying direction with armored strips or strips (checkerboard-like offset of the perforated strips or the armored strips).
