Abstract

Se proporciona un método de preparación de una sustancia de p-fenilendiamina sustituida con arilo. Una fórmula estructural de la sustancia de p-fenilendiamina sustituida con arilo se muestra como Fórmula (I’), donde R’’ es fenilo u o-metilfenilo, y R’ es el mismo o es diferente a R’’; y el método de preparación comprende que: una materia prima A y una materia prima B se hacen reaccionar en presencia de un aceptor de hidrógeno y un catalizador para formar la sustancia de p-fenilendiamina sustituida con arilo, la materia prima A tiene una estructura mostrada como Fórmula (I), la materia prima B es ciclohexanona y/u o-metilciclohexanona y el aceptor de hidrógeno es un aceptor de hidrógeno con la capacidad de aceptar hidrógeno para la conversión a la materia prima B. De acuerdo con el método de preparación, las materias primas son de bajo costo y se encuentran fácilmente disponibles, y se evita el uso de una gran cantidad de agua para el tratamiento posterior de la reacción. Más aún, una condición de reacción es relativamente moderada y se evita la corrosión para el equipo de reacción. Por lo tanto, el método de preparación es ambientalmente favorable y de menor contaminación, y puede lograr mejores beneficios económicos.
