Abstract
La presente invención se encuentra dentro del campo de la química medicinal y se relaciona a compuestos que son inhibidores de proteína quinasa, composiciones que contienen dichos compuestos y métodos de uso. Mas particularmente, esta invención se relaciona a compuestos que son inhibidores de GSK-3 y Aurora-2 proteína quinasas. La invención también se relaciona a métodos para tratar enfermedades asociadas con estas protein quinasas, tal es como diabetes, cáncer y enfermedad de Alzheimer.The present invention is within the field of medicinal chemistry and relates to compounds that are protein kinase inhibitors, compositions containing said compounds and methods of use. More particularly, this invention relates to compounds that are inhibitors of GSK-3 and Aurora-2 protein kinases. The invention also relates to methods for treating diseases associated with these protein kinases, such as diabetes, cancer and Alzheimer's disease.
