Abstract
Предложены способ и устройство для обработки титансодержащего шлака. Способ включает приведение титансодержащего шлака (2) в контакт с первым выщелачивающим раствором (4) серной кислоты для растворения примесей, содержащихся в шлаке, с получением первой суспензии. В данном способе первую суспензию (8) подвергают разделению (10) на твердую и жидкую фазы с получением первого выщелачивающего раствора серной кислоты, содержащего растворенные примеси из первого титансодержащего остатка (12) после выщелачивания.A method and apparatus for processing titanium-containing slag are proposed. The method includes bringing the titanium-containing slag (2) into contact with the first leaching solution (4) of sulfuric acid to dissolve the impurities contained in the slag, to obtain the first suspension. In this method, the first suspension (8) is subjected to separation of (10) into solid and liquid phases to obtain a first leaching solution of sulfuric acid containing dissolved impurities from the first titanium-containing residue (12) after leaching.
