Изобретение относится к промышленности строительных материалов, в частности к составам сырьевых смесей для получения портландцементного клинкера. Предложена сырьевая смесь для получения портландцементного клинкера, включающая известняк, тефритобазальт, отход угледобычи и шлак свинцового производства, которая с целью снижения температуры обжига клинкера и уменьшения удельного расхода топлива дополнительно содержит кремнефтористый натрий и лигносульфонат технический при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: тефритобазальт - 9-13; отход угледобычи - 7-23; шлак свинцового производства - 1-7; кремнефтористый натрий - 0,2-2,2; лигносульфонат технический - 0,2-0,5; известняк - остальное. Использование предлагаемого изобретения позволит уменьшить расход топлива, увеличить производительность вращающейся печи и снизить себестоимость клинкера.The invention relates to the construction materials industry, in particular to the composition of the raw mixes for portland cement clinker. The use of the present invention will reduce fuel consumption, increase the productivity of the rotary kiln and reduce the cost of clinker.
