Abstract

Раскрыт способ получения блокированного на обоих концах простого эфира гликоля, включающий введение в реактор исходного материала, содержащего простой моноэфир гликоля и простой эфир одноатомного спирта, и обеспечение контактирования и реакции исходного материала с катализатором на основе кислотного молекулярного сита с получением блокированного на обоих концах простого эфира гликоля, при температуре реакции, составляющей 50-300°С, давлении реакции, составляющем 0,1-15 МПа, среднечасовой объемной скорости подачи простого моноэфира гликоля в исходном материале, составляющей 0,01-15,0 чи молярном отношении простого эфира одноатомного спирта к простому моноэфиру гликоля в исходном материале, составляющем 1-100:1. Способ в соответствии с настоящим изобретением обеспечивает длительный межрегенерационный цикл работы катализатора и повторную регенерацию катализатора, имеет высокий выход целевого продукта и селективность по отношению к целевому продукту, низкие энергозатраты при выделении продукта, высокую экономическую ценность побочного продукта и легко может быть приспособлен для использования при производстве и применении в промышленных масштабах.
