Abstract

В заявке описано устройство для соединения дыхательных путей пациента, находящегося на искусственной вентиляции легких, с источником дыхательного газа и источником аэрозоля. Устройство включает в себя контактный компонент (10), выполненный для установки в контакте с дыхательными путями и имеющий одну или две трубки (18, 20), которая или каждая из которых имеет полость (18а, 20а), через которую дыхательный газ и аэрозоль могут подаваться в дыхательные пути пациента; смесительную полость (24), сообщающуюся с полостью или полостями трубки или двух трубок и имеющую продольную ось (24с), проходящую, по существу, перпендикулярно продольной оси или осям (18с, 20с) полости или полостей; и проход (28), позволяющий вводить аэрозоль в указанную смесительную полость и расположенный таким образом, чтобы обеспечивать возможность смешивания аэрозоля и дыхательного газа в смесительной полости.
