Abstract
Способы и системы для бурения подводных скважин с двухградиентными системами бурового раствора включают бурение морских скважин с помощью подводной насосной установки, подводного штуцерного манифольда и одного или более стояка возврата бурового раствора для реализации двухградиентной системы бурового раствора. При обнаружении проявления в стволе скважины скважину останавливают и с помощью компонентов оборудования определяют, применимо ли управление давлением для удаления проявления из ствола скважины, объем проявления и величину, на которую нужно снизить плотность бурового раствора для соответствия двухградиентному гидростатическому давлению, прежде чем проявление попадет в точку приема подводного насоса. Подводную насосную установку, подводный штуцерный манифольд и стояки для бурового раствора отсекают на время удаления проявления по одной или более линии в блоке бурового стояка с помощью надводного насоса, через устье скважины и надводный штуцерный манифольд.
