Abstract
В ступице горизонтальной оси в радиальном направлении жестко закреплены собственными осями роторы на основе силовых элементов профиля логарифмической спирали, вращающиеся от силы лобового давления ветрового потока и при своем вращении в обтекающем ветровом потоке генерирующие поперечную аэродинамическую силу, возникающую вследствие проявления эффекта Магнуса, суммарная величина которой создает вращательный момент горизонтальной оси.
