Abstract
Представлен процесс производства диалкилкарбоната и диола из циклического карбоната и одноатомного алифатического спирта, в котором циклический карбонат может быть преобразован с высокой степенью конверсии, диалкилкарбонат и диол могут быть получены с высокой селективностью, любая усложненная обработка (например, добавление воды в ходе процесса дистилляции/очистки) не требуется, и может быть получен диол высокой чистоты, имеющий высокий коэффициент УФ-пропускания и низкое содержание альдегида. Процесс производства диалкилкарбоната и диола, включающий стадию реакции циклического карбоната с одноатомным алифатическим спиртом в присутствии катализатора в реакторе для переэтерификации, оборудованном колонной для непрерывной многоступенчатой дистилляции тарельчатого типа, в котором реакция в дистилляционной колонне выполняется при заранее заданных условиях (время пребывания, температура).
