Изобретение относится к способам разработки залежей углеводородов, начиная с любого периода их добычи. Обеспечивает управляемость добычи углеводородов скважинами с псевдогоризонтальным и/или горизонтальным стволом в продуктивном пласте, обеспечивает повышение коэффициента извлечения нефти, предотвращает расформирование залежей нефти и предотвращает образование застойных зон. Сущность изобретения: способ разработки залежей нефти с помощью эксплуатации добывающих и нагнетательных скважин с горизонтальным или псевдогоризонтальным стволом, открытым в продуктивном пласте, усиливают продолжением обсадной колонны до конца этих стволов, цементированием всей обсадной колонны снаружи и равномерным распределением перфорации вдоль участка колонны в зоне всего горизонтального и/или части псевдогоризонтального ствола скважины. Создают равномерную депрессию или репрессию вдоль перфорированного участка с обеих сторон в нефтяной зоне, соответственно в обсадных колоннах добывающих или нагнетательных скважин. Располагают горизонтальные и/или псевдогоризонтальные стволы добывающих и нагнетательных строящихся скважин параллельно между собой, но поперёк преимущественного направления трещин в продуктивном пласте. Раздельно извлекают фракцию нефти от газоконденсата и газа из коллектора и закачивают в него объём термохимически подготовленного, насыщенного газом жидкого вытеснителя, равный объёму добываемой из него жидкости, с объемной скоростью, не приводящей к гидроразрыву продуктивного пласта в нефтяной зоне, а также закачивают подогретый газ в газовую зону коллектора при температуре выше пластовой.The invention relates to methods for the development of hydrocarbon deposits, starting with any period of their production. Separately, the fraction of oil from gas condensate and gas is extracted from the reservoir and a volume of a thermochemically prepared liquid gas displacer, which is equal to the volume of liquid produced from it, is pumped into it with a volumetric rate that does not cause a fracturing of the reservoir in the oil zone, and the heated gas is pumped into it collector gas zone at a temperature above the reservoir.
