Abstract

Способ прямого восстановления металлоносного материала, включающий подачу твердого углеродсодержащего материала и кислородсодержащего газа в псевдоожиженный слой в первом сосуде (3), и выработку тепла путем реакций между кислородсодержащим газом и твердым углеродсодержащим материалом и любыми другими окисляемыми твердыми веществами и газами в псевдоожиженном слое, и выпуск потока горячего отходящего газа, содержащего вовлеченные твердые вещества, и подачу металлоносного материала в псевдоожиженный слой во втором сосуде, и подачу потока горячего отходящего газа, содержащего вовлеченные твердые вещества, из первого сосуда в псевдоожиженный слой во втором сосуде и, по меньшей мере, частичное восстановление металлоносного загружаемого материала в твердом состоянии в псевдоожиженном слое, и выпуск потока продукта, по меньшей мере, из частично восстановленного металлоносного материала и потока отходящего газа, содержащего вовлеченные вещества.
