Abstract

Данное изобретение относится к соединениям формулы (I), а также их солям присоединения кислот или органическим солям, их сольватам и/или гидрату(ам), обладающим сродством и селективностью в отношении аргинин-вазопрессиновых Vрецепторов и/или окситоциновых рецепторов и, кроме того, к некоторым соединениям, обладающим сродством к Vрецепторам. Данное изобретение также относится к способу их получения, промежуточным соединениям формулы (IV), пригодным для их получения, фармацевтическим композициям, содержащим их, и их применению для приготовления лекарственных средств.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2003.10.16.
