Abstract
Известен способ изготовления композитного нетканого материала, по меньшей мере, из одного фильерного нетканого полотна с последующим наложением на него слоя целлюлозной массы для получения изделия гигиенического назначения. Соответственно фильерное нетканое полотно подвергается гидродинамическому иглопрокалыванию перед наложением слоя целлюлозной массы, чтобы улучшить свойства распределения жидкости. Следствием этого является то, что слой целлюлозной массы не может затем подвергаться иглопрокалыванию, поскольку это приводило бы к вымыванию целлюлозной массы через нетканое полотно. Однако ввиду требуемой износостойкости необходимо обеспечить упрочнение фильерного нетканого полотна. В соответствии с изобретением указанная проблема решается тем, что фильерное нетканое полотно подвергается уплотнению или каландрованию с использованием сжатого воздуха в качестве обработки предварительного упрочнения перед наложением сверхпоглощающего материала, затем накладывается слой целлюлозной массы, и оба они связываются путем гидродинамического гидравлического иглопрокалывания, после чего осуществляется сушка. Может также использоваться дополнительное каландрование. На фильерное нетканое полотно в качестве несущего слоя может быть наложено дополнительное, предварительно упрочненное, такое как каландрованное фильерное нетканое полотно или пряжа кардного прочеса, на слой целлюлозной массы или наоборот.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2002.04.25.
