Abstract
Изобретение относится к медицине и ветеринарии, в частности к лекарственным препаратам для наружного применения, и может быть использовано для лечения инфицированных поверхностных и глубоких ран, ожогов, а также воспалительных заболеваний кожи и слизистых оболочек. Задачей изобретения является создание высокоэффективного ранозаживляющего, противовоспалительного и противоинфекционного лекарственного препарата для наружного применения, обладающего высокой биодоступностью, стабильностью лекарственной формы при хранении и позволяющего эффективно лечить инфицированные поверхностные и глубокие раны, ожоги, а также воспалительные заболевания кожи и слизистых оболочек, в том числе в труднодоступных полостях организма. Поставленная задача решается тем, что ранозаживляющий, противовоспалительный и противоинфекционный лекарственный препарат, содержащий активное вещество и основу, согласно изобретению содержит в качестве активного вещества 1-дезокси-1-N-[метил-(2-акридон-9-он-10-ил-ацетат)]-аммоний-Д-глюцитол, в качестве основы - 1,2-пропиленгликоль и дополнительно, в качестве консерванта - катапол, при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: 1-дезокси-1-N-[метил-(2-акридон-9-он-10-ил-ацетат)]-аммоний-Д-глюцитол 8,0-15,0; катапол 0,001-0,10; 1,2-пропиленгликоль до 100.The invention relates to medicine and veterinary medicine, in particular to drugs for external use, and can be used for the treatment of infected superficial and deep wounds, burns, as well as inflammatory diseases of the skin and mucous membranes. The objective of the invention is the creation of highly effective wound healing, anti-inflammatory and anti-infective drug for external use, with high bioavailability, stability of the dosage form during storage and allowing effective treatment of infected superficial and deep wounds, burns, and inflammatory diseases of the skin and mucous membranes, including hard-to-reach cavities of the body. The problem is solved in that the wound healing, anti-inflammatory and anti-infective drug containing the active substance and the base according to the invention contains 1-deoxy-1-N- [methyl- (2-acridon-9-one-10-yl) as an active substance. -acetate)] - ammonium-D-glucitol, 1,2-propylene glycol as a base and, additionally, catapol as a preservative, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 1-deoxy-1-N- [methyl- ( 2-acridone-9-one-10-yl-acetate)] - ammonium-D-glucitol 8.0-15.0; catapol 0.001-0.10; 1,2-propylene glycol to 100.
