Abstract

Настоящим изобретением является усовершенствованный способ синтеза мочевины из аммиака и двуокиси углерода, предотвращающий коррозию участков соединений плиты для труб и охлаждающих труб, находящихся в контакте с конденсатом, в конденсаторе, установленном вертикально или горизонтально. В соответствии с этим способом участки, находящиеся в контакте с конденсатом, соединений плиты для труб и охлаждающих труб в конденсаторе защищают от коррозии путем покрытия участков жидким аммиаком или раствором, обогащенным аммиаком, в процессе синтеза мочевины, включающем отделение не прореагировавшего аммиака и не прореагировавшей двуокиси углерода в виде их газообразной смеси от раствора для синтеза мочевины при давлении, по существу равном давлению синтеза мочевины, контакт газообразной смеси с абсорбирующей средой в конденсаторе для образования конденсата и рециркуляцию конденсата в колонну синтеза.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
