  1. -1- DK 96 00438 U3 Beskrivelse af opfindelsen. Frembringelsen består af indlæg (kernemateriale) fremstillet af lim og biomasse (ikke træ), som f.eks. halm, strå, stængler m.v., der i stor udstrækning findes som overskud fra landbruget eller affald fra agro produktion. Indlæg (kernerne) kan anvendes i døre, låger, skillevægge, møbler eller lignende elementer. De indlæg der anvendes i dag er udført i pap (træ) eller spånplader (træ). Pap er ikke stærk som indlæg, men let. Spånplade er ikke let som indlæg, men stærk. Frembringelsen anvender plantefibre, behandlet og bundet sammen med en speciel bindemiddel komposition, og derved opnås et stærkt og let indlæg, hvis vægtfylde kan varieres og styres i produktionsprocessen til at opfylde specifikke krav til anvendelsen.
