Claims (16)
1. Beklædningsgenstand (1), der udgøres af forskellige stykker, hvor tekstilet omfatter mindst et naturligt ikke-elastisk fibermateriale, et første syntetisk fibermateriale og et andet elastisk syntetisk fibermateriale, hvor fibrene af de syntetiske fibermaterialer er flettet sammen, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter: - de sammenflettede syntetiske fibre belagt med polyurethan og polyethylen, og - stykkerne (2) af beklædningsstykket er samlet ved hjælp af en kædestiksøm under anvendelse af polyestertråd (4).
2. Beklædningsgenstand, ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at kædestiksømmen består af den indbyrdes forbindelse af tråden (4) i grupper, der danner indbyrdes forbundne løkker (4a).
3. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter: - mellem 64 og 66 vægtprocent af naturlig ikke-elastisk fiber, - mellem 28 og 33 vægtprocent af en første syntetisk fiber, og - mellem 3 og 4 vægtprocent af en anden elastisk syntetisk fiber.
4. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det naturlige ikke-elastiske fibermateriale er bomuld.
5. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det første syntetiske fibermateriale er tekstureret polyester.
6. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at det andet elastiske syntetiske fibermateriale er elastan.
7. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at tråden (4) er 100% polyester.
8. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at indholdet af polyurethan, der dækker de syntetiske fibre, ligger i området fra 0,1 til 0,3 vægtprocent i forhold til beklædningsgenstandens samlede vægt.
9. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at indholdet af poly-ethylen, der dækker de syntetiske fibre, ligger i området fra 0,1 til 0,3 vægtprocent i forhold til beklædningsgenstandens samlede vægt.
10. Beklædningsgenstand ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den er et par bukser af stretchdenimmateriale.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en beklædningsgenstand, omfattende det følgende trin: - at udskære de forskellige stykker af beklædningsgenstandens materiale, hvor materialet omfatter mindst et naturligt ikke-elastisk fibermateriale, et første syntetisk fibermateriale og et andet elastisk syntetisk fibermateriale, hvor fibrene af de syntetiske fibermaterialer er flettet sammen, og kendetegnet, fordi den yderligere omfatter de følgende trin: - at sy de forskellige stykker sammen ved anvendelse af runde punktnåle for en kædestiksøm og 100% polyestertråd til at danne beklædningsgenstanden, - at vaske beklædningsgenstanden, og - at tilsætte polyurethan og polyethylen i løbet af vasketrinnet for at beskytte de syntetiske fibre i beklædningsgenstanden.
12. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde, ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at tilsætningen af polyethylen ligger i området fra 2g/l til 7g/l i forhold til litrene af vand i vasketrinnet.
13. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde, ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at tilsætningen af polyurethan ligger i området fra 1% til 5% i forhold til beklædningsgenstandenes samlede vægt i vasketrinnet.
14. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde, ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at vasketrinnet omfatter mindst en første vaskefase med de følgende trin: - at fjerne alle olierne, vokserne og fedtet, som eventuelt er blevet inkorporeret under den foregående proces, - at skylle for at forbedre råmaterialets renhed, - at vaske enzymatisk, idet der tilsættes enzymer til processen for at give bukserne en skinnende overflade og et afslappet udseende, - at skylle igen for at forbedre råmaterialets renhed, - at tørre bukserne, og - at påføre en opløsning af K2MnO4 (kaliumpermanganat).
15. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde, ifølge krav 14, kendetegnet ved, at vasketrinnet omfatter en anden vaskefase, efter den første vaskefase, med de følgende trin: - at bade bukserne for at neutralisere K2MnO4, - at skylle bukserne, - at tørre bukserne.
16. Fremstillingsfremgangsmåde, ifølge krav 15, kendetegnet ved, at tilsætningen af polyurethan og polyethylen udføres før tørretrinnet i den anden fase.
