Claims (7)

1. Fremgangsmåde til tilvejebringelse af et varmebehandlet væskeformigt fødevareprodukt, som omfatter trinene: opvarmning (306) af en strøm af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt; tilvejebringelse (310) af en isopslemning af sterilt vand, der er adskilt fra strømmen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt; og kombinering (312) af strømmen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt med isopslemningen til nedkøling af strømmen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, der yderligere omfatter trinet opretholdese (308) af strømmen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt ved en forhøjet temperatur, hvilken temperatur er tilstrækkelig til mindst forhindring af mikrobiel vækst i det væskeformige produkt, i et forudbestemt tidsrum før trinet kombinering af strømmen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt med isopslemningen.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 eller 2, der yderligere omfatter trinet tilvejebringelse (302) af strømmen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt som en strøm af et væskeformigt produktkoncentrat.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor trinet kombinering (312) af strømmen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt med isopslemningen udføres, således at forholdet mellem mængden af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt og mængden af steril vandisopslemning er mellem 10:1 og 20:1.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor temperaturen i blandingen af væskeformigt fødevareprodukt og steril vandisopslemning er mellem 30 og 50 °C.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af ovennævnte krav, hvor trinet tilvejebringelse af den sterile vandisopslemning udføres ved hjælp af trinene: pumpning af vand gennem et sterilt filter og transport af det sterile vand gennem en hygiejnisk frysecylinder.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, hvor trinet tilvejebringelse af den sterile vandisopslemning udføres ved hjælp af trinene: sterilisering af vand ved hjælp af opvarmning og transport af det sterile vand gennem en hygiejnisk frysecylinder.
