Claims (16)

1. Sammensætning indeholdende a) en med i det mindste en silangruppe (R^)a(X)bSi- modificeret polymer, hvori X udvælges af gruppen af grupperne R^-, R^H-, R^-COO- og (R^)2C=N-0-, r\ og R^ uafhængigt af hinanden betegner alkyl, cycloalkyl og/eller aryl, a er 0, 1 eller 2, b betegner 1, 2 eller 3, og summen af a og b er 3, og b) en blanding af kædeformede siloxaner og/eller cykliske siloxaner med de almene formler I og/eller II (R)3SI-O-[SI (R) 2-0]m-Si(R)3 (I),
(Il)> hvor de enkelte grupper R uafhængigt af hinanden betegner alkoxy, alkoxyalkoxy, alkyl, alkenyl, cycloalkyl og/eller aryl, og nogle af grupperne R betegner amlnoalkyl- funktionelle grupper med formel -CoH2o~NH2, -CoH2o~NHR', C0H20-NRR', -CoH2o-NH-CpH2p-NH2 eller -CoH2o-NH-CpH2p-NH-CqH2q-NH2, hvor R' repræsenterer alkyl, cycloalkyl eller aryl, og R antager en af de ovenfor definerede betegnelser, eller hvor grupper R og R' , der er forbundet med et nitrogenatom, sammen med det fælles nitrogenatom danner en fem- til syvleddet heterocyklisk ring, hvor R' og R antager en af de ovenfor definerede betegnelser, o uafhængigt af hinanden betegner hele tal fra 1 til 6, p og q uafhængigt af hinanden betegner hele tal fra 2 til 6, m er et helt tal fra 2 til 30, n er et helt tal fra 3 til 30, idet der til et siliciumatom i en forbindelse med formel I og/eller II er bundet højst en amlnoalkylfunktionel gruppe, og idet kvotienten af det molære forhold mellem Si og alkoxy-grupper er i det mindste 0,3.
2. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at X betegner R^O, navnlig at sllangrupperne i den modificerede polymer a) er alkyldialkoxysilangrupper og/eller trialkoxysilangrupper, navnlig methyldimethoxysilangrupper og/eller trimethoxysilangrupper og/eller methyldiethoxysilangrupper og/eller triethoxysilangrupper.
3. Sammensætning ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at den modificerede polymer a) har terminale og/eller ikke-terminale alkyldialkoxysilangrupper og/eller trialkoxysilangrupper.
4. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at den modificerede polymer a) udvælges af gruppen af de med silangrupper (R^) a (R^O)bSi- modificerede polyurethaner, polysiloxaner, polyethere, polyacrylater eller polybutadiener.
5. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de enkelte grupper R i forbindelserne med formlerne I og II uafhængigt af hinanden udvælges af gruppen af grupperne methoxy, ethoxy, propoxy, methoxymethoxy, methoxyethoxy, ethoxyethoxy, methyl, ethyl, i-propyl, n-propyl, i-butyl, n-butyl, pentyl, hexyl, i-octyl, n-octyl, decyl, dodecyl, tetradecyl, hexadecyl, octadeyl, vinyl, allyl, cyclopentyl, cyclohexyl, phenyl samt naphthyl.
6. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at indeks 0 = 3, og indeksene p, q og r hver især betegner 2 i forbindelserne med formel I og/eller II.
7. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de aminoalkylfunktionelle siloxan-oligomerer repræsenterer en blanding af kædeformede og/eller cykliske siloxaner med de almene formler I og/eller II, idet indholdet af alkoxygrupper er mellem 0,1 og 70 vægt-%, særligt foretrukket mellem 0,1 og 60 vægt-% 5 og ganske særligt foretrukket mellem 5 og 50 vægt-%, baseret på vægten af siloxan-oligomerblandingen.
8. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at de aminoalkylfunktionelle siloxan-oligomerer repræsenterer en blanding af kædeformede og/eller cykliske siloxaner med de almene formler I og/eller II, idet deres substituenter R udvælges (i) af gruppen af grupperne aminopropyl, aminoethylaminopropyl, aminoethylamino-ethylaminopropyl, N-methylaminopropyl, N-(n-butyl)-aminopropyl, N-ethyl-aminoisobutyl, N-cyclohexylaminopropyl, N-cyclohexylaminomethyl, N-phenylaminopropyl, N-pyrrolopropyl, N-(aminophenyl)-propyl, N-piperazinopropyl, N-piperidinopropyl, N- pyrrolidinopropyl og/eller N-pyridinopropyl og af gruppen af grupperne (ii) methoxy-, ethoxy-, 2-methoxyethoxy- og/eller propoxy-grupper og (iii) i givet fald af gruppen af grupperne methyl-, vinyl-, ethyl-, propyl-, butyl-, octyl-, hexadecyl- eller phenyl-grupper, idet der pr. siliciumatom kun må være en af grupperne i gruppen (i) til stede.
9. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen af kædeformede og/eller cykliske siloxan-oligomerer med formlerne I og/eller II har et kogepunkt ved 1 atm tryk på højere end 200 °C.
10. Sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at blandingen af kædeformede og/eller cykliske siloxan-oligomerer med formlerne I og/eller II har et flammepunkt på højere end 100 °C.
11. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af en sammensætning ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at man blander bestanddelene a) og b) med hinanden under udelukkelse af fugt.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 11, kendetegnet ved, at man som bestanddel b) anvender en blanding indeholdende i det mindste kædeformede siloxaner og/eller cykliske siloxaner med de almene formler I og/eller II, idet man til fremstillingen af en sådan bestanddel b) - som bestanddel A anvender i det mindste en 3-aminopropyl-funktionel trialkoxysilan, i det mindste en N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl-funktionel trialkoxysilan og/eller i det mindste en N-[N'-(2-aminoethyl)-2-aminoethyl]-3-aminopropyltrialkoxysilan og valgfrit som bestanddel B anvender i det mindste en butyltrialkoxysilan eller en octyltrialkoxysilan, idet alkoxy hver gang betegner methoxy eller ethoxy, målrettet hydrolyserer samt kondenserer eller cokondenserer bestanddelene A og valgfrit B efter hinanden eller i blanding under anvendelse af 0,7 til 1,2 mol vand pr. 1 mol Si og den 0,1- til 0,5-dobbelte vægtmængde methanol og/eller ethanol, baseret på de anvendte alkoxysilaner, ved en temperatur på 60 til 80 °C, valgfrit i nærvær af en hydrolyse- eller kondensationskatalysator og - efterfølgende destillativt fjerner den anvendte samt ved omsætningen frigjorte alkohol ved normalt tryk eller under formindsket tryk og en sump temperatur på op til 90 °C fra produktblandingen.
13. Anvendelse af sammensætninger ifølge krav 1 eller fremstillet ifølge krav 11 eller 12 som klæbestoffer og/eller som tætningsstoffer.
14. Anvendelse ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at der frembringes sammenklæbninger af træ, glas, metaller, kunststoffer, lakerede overflader og/eller mineralske underlag, navnlig sammenklæbninger af metal- og kunststofdele, sammenklæbninger af flere kunststofdele, sammenklæbninger af træ- og kunststofdele, sammenklæbninger af glas- og metal- og/eller kunststofdele, sammenklæbninger af mineralske underlag og metaller og/eller kunststofdele, ganske særligt foretrukket sammenklæbninger, hvor der som metal anvendes aluminium og som kunststof anvendes polyolefin, polycarbonat og/eller poly(meth)acrylat, polyvinylchlorid, polycarbonat og/eller polymethylmethacrylat.
15. Anvendelse ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at sammenklæbningerne sker indenfor eller udenfor navnlig til anvendelser i køretøjs-, container-, apparat- og skibsbygning, til indvendig sanering af ejendomme samt i vindues- og dørkonstruktioner.
16. Anvendelse ifølge krav 13, kendetegnet ved, at sammenklæbningerne sker ved fremstillingen af beskyttelsesglas, af sandwichsammenklæbninger, af lysafdækninger, lampefatninger, kontaktdele, betjeningsknapper og i vinduesbyggeri.
