Claims (8)
1. Apparat til transport af brugte, beskadigede eller defekte galvaniske celler samtidig med hindring og kontrol af sikkerhedskritiske tilstande af de galvaniske celler, især lithium-ion baserede celler og/eller lithium-ion polymerceller, med en beholder, som definerer et rum, hvori rummet udelukkende er fyldt med et brandbeskyttelsesmateriale af inert, ikke-ledende, ikke-brændbart og absorberende hulglasgranulat i løs form, kendetegnet ved, at der i rummet er arrangeret en kurv, som er gennemtrængelig for brandbeskyttelsesmaterialet og til optagelse af mindst en galvanisk celle, og at det absorberende hulglasgranulat har en middeldiameter mellem 0,1 mm og 10 mm, hvori kurven er en trådkurv, og kurven er forsynet med afstandsholdere.
2. Apparat ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at kurven består af pulverbelagt tråd.
3. Apparat ifølge krav 2, kendetegnet ved, at afstandsholderne består af en bøjlekonstruktion.
4. Apparat ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at afstandsholderne er arrangeret på kurvens bund og/eller sidevægge.
5. Apparat ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at hulglasgranula-tet er et hult eller et med hulsteder forsynet rundgranulat, som kan modstå temperaturer op til mindst 1000°C og fortrinsvis har en middeldiameter mellem 0,1 mm og 5 mm.
6. Apparat ifølge et af de foregående krav, kendetegnet ved, at den ydre periferivæg er en konventionel beholder til farligt gods.
7. Lager- og transportfremgangsmåde til brugte, beskadigede eller defekte galvaniske celler, især lithium-ionbaserede celler, kendetegnet ved, at de galvaniske celler er indlejret direkte og enkeltvist i et hulglasgranulat, der tjener som brandbeskyttelsesmiddel, til lagring/transport for at hindre sikkerhedskritiske tilstande i et apparat ifølge et af de foregående krav.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at lagring og/eller transport gennemføres i en beholder klassificeret til farligt gods, hvori de galvaniske celler er indlejret med indbyrdes afstand i højde, bredde og dybde.
