Claims (18)
1. Nukleinsyre, der koder for et polypeptid med lipaseaktivitet, hvor nukleinsyren er en sekvens med mindst 85 %, 86 %, 87 %, 88 %, 89 %, 90 %, 91 %, 92 %, 93 %, 94 %, 95 %, 96 %, 97 %, 98 %, 99 % eller 100 % sekvensidentitet med SEQ ID NO: 15.
2. Ekspressionskassette, vektor eller kloningsvehikel, der omfatter nukleinsyresekvensen ifølge krav 1.
3. Transformeret ikke-human celle, der omfatter ekspressionskassetten ifølge krav 2, hvor den transformerede ikke-humane celle er en bakteriecelle, en mammaliacelle, en svampecelle, en gærcelle, en insektcelle eller en plantecelle.
4. Fremgangsmåde til behandling af et tekstil, som omfatter følgende trin: (a) tilvejebringelse af polypeptidet ifølge krav 4; (b) tilvejebringelse af et tekstil; og (c) behandling af tekstilet med polypeptidet fra (a) under betingelser, hvor polypeptidet selektivt kan hydrolysere carboxylestere til derved behandling af tekstilet.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor behandling af tekstilet omfatter forbedring af følelsen og draperingsevnen af det endelige tekstil, farvning, opnåelse af flammehæmmende egenskaber, opnåelse af vandafvisning, opnåelse af optisk blegning eller opnåelse af harpiksfinish.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fjernelse eller reducering af omfanget af en fødevare-eller olieplet, som omfatter etablering af kontakt mellem polypeptidet ifølge krav 4 og fødevare- eller oliepletten under betingelser, hvor polypeptidet kan hydrolysere fødevare- eller oliepletten.
16. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 15, hvor polypeptidet ifølge krav 4 har en forøget stabilitet over for denaturering af overfladeaktive stoffer og oer for varmedeaktivering.
17. Kostsammensætning, der omfatter polypeptidet ifølge krav 4 .
18.
