Claims (14)
1. Høreapparat, der skal anvendes mindst delvist indsat i øregangen, består af en prop (1) med en proksimal åbning og en vippepladeenhed, omtalte vippepladeenhed placeres ved omtalte proksimale åbning af den omtalte prop (1), og omtalte proksimale åbning skal forsøges rettet mod trommehinden, når omtalte høreapparat anvendes. Omtalte vippeenhed består af: - en vippeplade (9), der har en sædeåbning (10); - en modtagerenhed (5), der har en lydudgang (6) på forsiden (11) og - et ophængningselement (12), hvori omtalte ophængningselement (12) mindst delvist omfatter omtalte modtagerenhed (5) ved omtalte forside (11), og omtalte modtagerenhed (5) er monteret i omtalte sædeåbning (10) ved hjælp af omtalte ophængningselement (12).
2. Høreapparatet i patentkrav 1, hvori omtalte sædeåbning (10) haren hals (13), mod hvilken omtalte forside (11) og/eller omtalte ophængningselement (12) støder op til.
3. Høreapparatet i patentkrav 1 eller 2, hvori omtalte sædeåbning (10) har en hals (14), mod hvilken omtalte forside (11) og/eller omtalte ophængningselement (12) støder op til.
4. Høreapparatet i et af de forrige patentkrav består ydermere af en mikrofonenhed (15), der har en lydindgang (16) ved en forreste ende (17), omtalte mikrofonenhed (15) er monteret i omtalte sædeåbning (10) i omtalte forreste ende (17).
5. Høreapparatet i patentkrav 4, hvori ophængningselement (12) og/eller yderligere ophængningselement (18), mindst delvis omfatter omtalte mikrofonenhed (15) ved omtalte forside (17), og omtalte mikrofonenhed (15) er monteret i omtalte sædeåbning (10) ved hjælp af omtalte ophængningselement (12) og/eller yderligere ophængningselement (18).
6. Høreapparatet i patentkrav 5, hvori omtalte ophængningselement (12) og omtalte yderligere ophængningselement (18) er integralt udformet, og omtalte mikrofonenhed (15) er delvist monteret i omtalte modtagerenhed (5) i omtalte sædeåbning (10) ved hjælp af omtalte integralt udformede ophængningselement (12, 18).
7. Høreapparatet i et af patentkravene 4 til 6, hvori omtalte modtagerenhed (5) og omtalte mikrofonenhed (15) er monteret i omtalte sædeåbning (10) således, at omtalte modtagerenhed (5) og omtalte mikrofonenhed (15) ikke er i direkte kontakt med hinanden.
8. Høreapparatet i et af de forrige patentkrav består ydermere af en voksbeskyttelsesenhed (8), der mindst dækker halvdelen af den sædeåbning (10).
9. Høreapparatet i et af de forrige patentkrav består ydermere af en ventilåbning (19).
10. Høreapparatet i et af de forrige patentkrav, hvori vippepladen (9) der består af to optisk genkendelige lag (20, 20<), helst i forskellige farver eller forskellig tekstur.
11. Høreapparatet i et af de forrige patentkrav, hvori omtalte vippepladeenhed fastgøres i udkanten af omtalte proksimale åbning ved hjælp af klæbestof eller en mekanisk klikkemekanisme.
12. Høreapparatet i henhold til et af de forrige patentkrav, hvori omtalte høreapparat er et i-øret-, i-øregangen, helt-i-øregangen eller hybrid bag-øret-/i-øret-høreapparat.
13. Metode til fremstilling af høreapparat i henhold til patentkrav 1 til 12, der består følgende punkter: - fremstilling af vippepladeenhed som beskrevet i et af patentkrav 1 til 10 til at udgøre en enhed, der er fremstillet på forhånd - indføre omtalte vippepladeenhed, der er samlet på forhånd fra ydersiden af omtalte prop (1) i omtalte proksimale åbning, og - forbinde omtalte vippepladeenhed til omtalte prop (1) i omtalte proksimale åbnings udkant.
14. Metoden i patentkrav 13 til fremstilling afhøreapparat med vippepladeenhed som beskrevet i krav 10, metoden består ydermere af følgende punkt: - tilpasning af omtalte vippeplade (9) i omtalte prop (1) ved afslibning, hvor afslibningen anvendes lokalt alt efter omtalte vippeplades (9) synlige farve og tekstur.
